Place is horrible, please don't take your car or truck to the evergreen Firestone. I will be in contact with headquarters to let them know about my horrible experience, and not wanting to work on my vehicle, after I paid $$$$ ??

Amazing experience here! I got a nail stuck in one of my tires and as I kind of expected my tire insurance would not cover it because my tread was too low, the manager John was amazing! Since I was going to have to pay for 4 new tires anyway, I wanted some A/T tires. John was able to beat Discount Tire! Overall excellent experience!

I am 70 years old and can say this Firestone was the worst business experience i have ever had. After questioning the manager why it took 2 full days to change a tire, i was not ready for his reply. He screamed at me, swore at me, and lied multiple times during this 2 day nightmare. I only went there because a valve stem exploded at the nearby gas station. If you want incredibly bad service and enjoy being abused, go to this store.

The new manager is very professional and helpful. We came from out of state and our car started breaking down on the side of the road, we were able to get it to Firestone and they were able to recode our truck and get us back on the road. Highly recommended!
