Note that this is only a donation center, not a full goodwill store. I’ve only ever had positive experiences here. Helpful employees have brought out carts and helped me load items to be donated. It’s always quick and easy to drop things off, and it sure beats driving down the mountain.

Terrible customer service!!! Jessica and Maria wanted something a customer was buying so they refused to sell it to her claiming she “stole” a tag when it was all on video w witness’s!! Way to go! Employees shouldn’t be allowed to purchase from their own stores! And to berate her to tears?!?! Not ok!!! And then repeatedly deleting reviews from the people the involved! Shame on you!!
