I ordered a countertop and the contract does not state that I have to construct supports for the counter extension. I was advised today by Home Depot’s contractor (Front Range) that I have to construct these supports. I’m a 76 year old widow. How the heck am I going to construct supports?!The contract was for fabrication and installation of the countertop and to me, installation means all aspects of that process.I have requested that they take responsibility for the supports and if they refuse, I want a full and complete refund!

Assistance in the bolt isle would have been nice. There was an employee not far away, but I got what I needed to the best of my knowledge.

Flooring- horrid experience. Bought LifeProof flooring from Home Depot and had it installed. We have 1,216 square feet worth being installed. That cost over 8K for product and installation. We moved everything out of our home because we were told that nothing can be on the floor. No problem, we put it all in storage. Then, the week of install we are told we could not stay in our home during installation. Yes, it's two full days to find a place for our pets and us to stay. Plus, the installation liaison was terrible to communicate with because she, Roberta, kept us on speaker phone and yelled at us the entire time. We didn't need speaker phone because she shouted the entire time. She didn't ever stop talking, we couldn't ask any questions because she didn't stop. Then, when I finally gave up and talked over her, she scolded me for talking over her. Roberta tells me only two days for complete installation . Yes, you read that right for over 1,000 square feet on 3 levels. As you can imagine, it's a joke. Finally, the installation is considered complete. It wasn't performed correctly, it looked terrible. Home Depot decides that we should have them come in to our home again to evaluate the crummy job. I already sent them photos and we had already left town for work. Believe it or not we have a life outside of home Depot. Therefore, no one would be there to let them into our place. While we were out of town I had an emergency surgery.Home Depot calls to tell me that there is nothing they will do because I cannot be there to open my home for them, they told me I'm NOT cooperating because I will not fly out to Colorado and accommodate them. Fine, I'm over it, we will chalk the place and make it look best we can on our own. But, that is not the only issue. Home Depot over rang the flooring cost by 331$ so every week I go to or call Home Depot.First excuse is it's Cindy's (Cindy sold us the flooring) day off today, I just want my refund, I do not need Cindy for a refund. Then, I leave Colorado again for work, so I call and the Manager, I think her name is Lou. She says, I'll return your call by the end of the day. Guess what? No call. Nothing. So, I'm back. I'm told Cindy's not working, again it's her day off. Yep, it's my day off too... seems that I spent most of my spare time dealing with Home Depot. The manager Lou.. basically looks at me and does nothing. Nikki recognized this is a situation that requires customer service. Thank God Nikki Glasgow was there to help me. Nikki said, I'll help you and calculate the amount owed, the other manager, Lou, would never do that to help me. That other manager would have me chase around that money till I die. Nikki was there to work, and she did a great job. She did the work no one else would do to make things right. Nikki is new to that location in Evergreen. Nikki got my refund sent to me. We paid for the work in December got the install and on May 11,2023 refund check is in the mail. She is the best employee at that place. Do not buy floor installation, put it in yourself. They are terrible, and if you expect a refund on a flooring job. It will not happen, unless Nikki is working. These people at Home Depot will NOT get another penny out of us as a long as I live. Lowe's or do it myself and save the hassle. It's not like the work I paid for was actually done, when those guys left my place. We ended up traveling back and forth on our days off to complete the job. It is terrible they treat any customer so poorly.

It’s nice that we have this store in Evergreen. However, it’s small and often doesn’t have what I’m looking for. Can’t tell you how many times I have to go to the Golden store to get what I need. The staff is great there. I just wish it was a bigger store.

Mitchel in customer service is awesome. We had an item not ring up correctly but didn’t realize til headed home -50 min away! We were in a time crunch to get the price fixed and get back on the road. It was a $200 price difference so worth our time going back! Mitchel was on it - got the correct price - made the return - quickly found a manager (Dawson) and took care of us very efficiently. Kudos to Mitchel and Dawson. Thx

But I just had to go out of my way to say...Erik Listou, you are the best Associate I ever had the absolute pleasure of interacting with. You took the time to help me and save me time and money. All with a genuine smile ?THANK YOU ErikLarry Levy

Edit. Another week and still nothing. If I seem extreme imagine getting home to find the back of your car covered in paint because the mixer didn’t seal the lid. —- The paint department didn’t put a lid on my paint and it got all over the back of my car. They filed a claim with their insurance called Sedgwick which is horrendous and understaffed. I hold Home Depot responsible for using such a horrible company. It reflects poorly on Home Depot. I’m so disgusted at their lack of customer service three weeks after the claim.

Ordered carpet to include an extra piece. Installed carpet, no extra piece. Left messages for flooring dept with no call back. Went into the store and spoke with Lou and Cindy. Promised a callback the next day. A week and a half later still no call.

At this particular location I was lucky enough to find an associate that walked with me to find a more knowledgeable associate in electrical. The second associate was not only was very knowledgeable in the electrical department, he could not have been any more helpful. It's sometimes hit and miss when you're asking people for help but my experience in this store could not have been better.

Don't bother with Express Delivery of large / many items. This store can't handle it. Placed an order around May 20th for nearly $500 worth of items. The website said delivery by May 24th for the $89 delivery fee. No problem. Welp, that day comes and goes, and then I see on the website, to be delivered June 3rd. I get a hold of support and they say 'We moved it up to May31st' Great. May 31 comes and goes. I get a hold of support on June 1st and they say that there was a problem with the truck and that it will be delivered on June 2nd, and to call this store at 12 noon on June 2nd if it hasn't arrived. Well wouldn't you know, 12 noon rolls around and no delivery. I call the store and they say 'It's scheduled to be delivered on June 10th' Now why would I wait yet another week (to make it a total of 3 weeks) since order for these items. The customer service person is not at fault, but they stated that their shipping company is not great... So why are we using them. I then contacted online support who stated that they can try to get the items before June 8th. No, It's already been proven that we can't trust their word, so why would I keep getting strung along. Guaranteed, no accountability comes from this to the Evergreen store, their 3rd party shipper or anything. Pretty common in today's world. I am just going to go to Lowes or any where else that can actually get the job done. This is the most embarrassing thing I have ever had happen with Home Depot.

I just had the best experience at the Evergreen CO Home Depot (El Rancho Rd) thanks to Mark G. in the paint department. He provided exceptional customer service, possessed extreme knowledge, and showed unmatched professionalism helping not only myself but many other customers while assisting me without ever making any of us wait or feel unattended to. Additionally his charm and positivity during our interactions may even have cured my chronic depression and anxiety. Thank you so much to Home Depot for hiring this man, and to Mark G. for his positive impact to this store and the world in general! With the kindest regards,T.P.

Best staff on the planet! Unbelievable! Over the top! Not only did I get the best deal in town on bags of rocks, they brought them to my car, and helped load them, not just 1 or 2, 25 BAGS OF ROCKS! They are Amazing!
