I have complicated medical needs and they go above and beyond to make sure my meds are in stock and filled on time. If there is an rx they dont have, they are excellent with making sure it is transferred either to another King Sooper (and in stock) or to a different nearby pharmacy to make the process as simple as possible.

You'll find a real hit and miss at this store when it comes to customer service. I've been completely ignored to the point of rudeness here. My crime was asking about where to find something. Makes me sorry that I pay for Boost and shop almost exclusively at Krogers. I said nothing after that to the staff member but had my mother raised me differently I would have been just as rude as her.
The store itself is clean and generally well stocked. The guys at the meat counter are great and the cashiers friendly. Just don't look for help after that!
Update: I've come to believe that this is an isolated incident involving one woman in the meat department. I spoke to staff about it and it's being reported. I feel for the other gentleman who was with me who was also summarily dismissed. We both left her to give a brand new staff person a hard time about how she was working. Not the best way to retain new help.

This pharmacy is terrible. The employees themselves are fine but they are so incredibly slow! Often times when I go to the pharmacy, I see the line and just walk away. Three times this week I waited on hold for over 15 minutes. Today I waited 25 minutes before I hung up. Absolutely terrible service!!

The staff are helpful and kind, even though they are usually super busy. If I am going to stay and wait for a prescription it usually only takes 15-30 minutes at the most, even at peak times.

I’ve never had an issue with this pharmacy and Jeff especially has been super helpful! They have my prescription when every other pharmacy is on back order and they fill it quickly. They even go out of their way to find coupons when insurance is being difficult!

Just wanted to give a thumbs up to a staff member at the Evergreen King Soopers. Craig was very helpful - I was looking for a mask and couldn't find one so he took time to help me find a mask (which wasn't an easy task). He was professional, courteous and friendly and really saved the day for me. Thanks, Craig!

Waited 3 days for a prescription to get filled and walked away with no medicine!Day 1: called in last refill, said it’d be ready that evening. Dope I’ll grab it on the way home tomorrow. Notice im low on my other med, so get new prescriptions for both meds.Day 2: app shows it’ll be ready at 1030 am that morning. At 5pm. Call and get put on hold for 20min to be told “yeah it’s not ready, it’ll take an hour.” Okay, I’ll just go without tomorrow and grab it on the way home.Day 3: still showing as in progress in app. Call and again on hold for 20 minutes. “We’ll have it ready in 10-15 minutes” an hour an a half later, “alright that’ll be $$$.” I’ve not paid for this prescription before? Are y’all applying my insurance? “We don’t take your insurance, we haven’t since the beginning of the year” well that’s news to me, since I’ve been filling the last prescription here for several months now.If you have any choice, go somewhere else

Who reviews grocery stores? Me.I moved up to Gilpin County earlier this year and one of the things I miss about living in town is a quality grocery store with variety, fresh produce, and friendly staff. I shopped at/tried grocery stores in nearby mountain towns, and was disappointed. No checkers. Yukky produce. Low inventory. Often I would return home without the groceries I needed.THEN I found this King Soopers in Evergreen and life was good again! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Alwayyyyyyys! I have a favorite checker, but all of them are good. The Starbucks ... awesome staff and fast. Inventory - I find groceries that I've heard about but couldn't find before. The produce department is always stocked with fresh fruits and veggies, and I always return home with what I came for. Getting here is a bit of a drive, but totally worth it. Once again I would like to say that the staff here is GREAT! I appreciate that I can shop at a quality grocery store with a welcoming vibe.

I've been shopping weekly at this King Soopers for the past 7 years. It is a good grocery store and I buy the bulk of my groceries here, with some items also purchased at Natural Grocers or Safeway. The store is clean (restrooms could be a bit better), well stocked and the staff is helpful. Their selection of organic food has improved over the years and they have a pretty good inventory now. It is a pleasant store in a safe community.

Never shop at this racist store this King Soopers is so racist we need to be shut down somebody needs to call corporate have this place shut down this is the most stuck up rude store in the state of Colorado probably rudest store in the country there's a manager there is so rude the people upfront are rude this store needs to be shut down immediately They need to close this store permanently or at least get rid of their management and the people upfront and get new employees that know how to treat customers and a assistant manager that's not a racist.

There were a few protesters out front but they were not approaching anyone. For fewer staff the store was running great and very clean. The staff was working very hard and upbeat. I have always liked this store but now I will go out of my way to support it.
