“I'm so grateful that The Shipping Depot exists as an alternative to the always-terrible UPS stores in Evergreen, Conifer, and Littleton. I was trying to send a laptop back to my employer in the original packaging with a pre-paid label, and the UPS store in Evergreen wanted to charge me for a piece of tape and told me I'd also need to purchase another box. The Shipping Depot is a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service. They assured me the packaging was fine and even gave me a piece of tape. It's sad that the UPS store sets the bar so low, but I'll just go straight to the Shipping Depot from now on.”
