This place couldn't care less about their customers if they tried. I went to use the restroom which was unlocked and had no signage on it and I got screamed at by an employee and told I couldn't use it because there was water on the floor. Then they told me I couldn't use the other restroom either because they were keeping it open only for employees. Not only is this behavior extremely rude and uncaring. It's HIGHLY ILLEGAL to keep customers out of your only working bathroom in a grocery store. I will be calling corporate about this issue.

The ladies who work in the bakery are very good bakers! The men who organize and look over the fresh produce section do a good job! The fresh produce is excellent. The butchers in the meat department do a good job and are helpful. The prepared food and sushi are good. They have vegetarian food. Nearly all of the check-out people are friendly and nice. They hire people with disabilities, which I highly recommend. The store is very clean with nice, new flooring. The discounts for gas are very helpful. I shop at the Evergreen, Colorado Safeway regularly. The only problems I see are: 1) sometimes the youth moving the shopping carts are rude and don't always clean them, and 2) each week there are more and more sub-standard Safeway-owned products, with eventually seeming to do away with better brands of the same products.

The workers here are amazing! However, there is a red headed kid who works here that I have seen be incredibly rude to customers. Today he decided to call myself a "stupid f***ing b****." This is absolutely unacceptable! I didn't even do anything, I just simply got out of my car and he yelled it at me! I can't imagine what else he has "randomly" said to people but I am absolutely disgusted by this behavior.

The store is clean and has good variety, but the older, heavyset woman at the deli counter with the long braid is always incredibly rude and nasty. If you're that miserable, find another job. Don't take it out on strangers that are not rude to you. I'm finally done getting cold cuts there. They are much nicer and more efficient at King Soopers down the road.

It twas a June evening. One I've grown very fond of in the months prior. Hunger was setting in. This dining location was one of the few available, acceptable, and currently open locations. We picked up some delectable SPECIAL EDITION banana nut cheerios. I enjoyed them in the moment and with breakfast for several days to come. Not only was Safeway a convenient , but it a healthy alternative to the otherwise caloric competition. I would like to thank the corporation for providing such a simplistic option. The only reason this location is not receiving 5 stars is the danger of the parking lot. It's parking lots reputation precedes its self and is extremely notorious to locals. Beware men opening your trunk to get you to get out and look and the threat of potential abduction. Overall though: solid.

Woman at check out with oxygen tubes is rude rude rude . Not sure why you would allow someone like this to be in customer service . If you are forced to come here do self check out and save yourself her nastiness

I went into your store Monday morning June 27th and left shaking, ready to cry type anger and if I didn't have to, I'd NEVER shop at your store again. Brett, who apparently is a front end manager is the most misogynistic, rude, unqualified and arrogant j*** I've ever encountered at the market. It boarder lines in harassment and he should be taken to task and start over with some training in customer service videos to refresh his memory on how he started climbing the business ladder. Maybe he just hates mornings..or women, or both. I tried to approach him about a huge leak in the yogurt aisle and while I was talking he literally kept walking, didn't make eye contact, didn't stop to see what I needed. As he passed me by without acknowledgment, I asked him if I should go find another manager to let them know and he snapped at me that he already knew. I asked another manager who to call, she said corporate. I went to my car and called this Safeway back and guess who answered and wouldn't give me the number, his name, his title or connect me with another manger why? Because it was he who had been a j*** to me and I called just to see how far he would actually go, and he did not disappoint. I'd be embarrassed to have him as the face or lead of my business. He is a prime example of what not to do when you are in a customer service position. He could be the "actor" in some of those training videos except he isn't acting. I had to call the Conifer store, tell that manger a few sentences as to what had happened and she handed the phone to the district manager, Guy, to hear my complaint. He said he would be calling Brett right after we have big up. As crappy as Brett is I know that he will lie to cover his a$$. Pull the security tape. Pull it. See for yourselves what an incredible piece of nothing he really is to your company, trust me, I already know. Pull the security tape, it will show the true colors of his misogynistic behavior on full display because if you let his behavior go on like this, we'll as a woman I'd hate to work with him or for him for sure!!!Thanks. Promote Deanna or Grace, they're the real leaders of your store. I'd give y'all one star or less but it won't let me. Brett is a sorry excuse for an employee, he needs to start over from the bottom.
