Called them on the phone for an appointment was told we do not do appointments over the phone you have to register online.So I go to open an app. because you have to set up e-mail address , password the whole nine yards so now I got 1;24 pm check in time.So I am there at 1;23 pm thinking that I will get a haircut boy was I wrong. There was 2 guys getting a haircuts and one sitting waiting for a haircut. I was told to sit down and wait for the 2 guys in the chair to be finished with the cut and then they will get each a shampoo and a massage , then the the 3rd guy waiting and will go before me . At this time I am out of my mind I asked the womenwhen will be my turn she told me since the guy sitting was there before me I need to wait for his haircut , shampoo and his massage then it will be my turn. I could not believed it if I didn'tlived it . How this morons still in business is mystery to me.While shampooing, messaging this two any normal barber shopwould have cut at least 2-3 guys and making money. good luck ,if I like to have a shampoo I will aske for it, if I like to have a massage will go to a massage parlor and when I like to have a haircut will go down the street to Costcutter not Sport cutters!!!

Took my grandson in, and getting him to sit still long enough to get a hair was a challenge in it's self. But the stylist did a fantastic job.
