Great staff. Debbie the forklift operator, assisted by Stephanie and Harlan, really helped make it easy to buy and load pallets of material. Every time I'm in, I feel like the staff cares about assisting if needed.

Management doesn't prioritize customer experience. I told them about an employee who screamed profanities at me (a week ago in the parking lot) and they never followed up on how they rectified the situation.

Don't bother with Express Delivery of large / many items. This store can't handle it. Placed an order around May 20th for nearly $500 worth of items. The website said delivery by May 24th for the $89 delivery fee. No problem. Welp, that day comes and goes, and then I see on the website, to be delivered June 3rd. I get a hold of support and they say 'We moved it up to May31st' Great. May 31 comes and goes. I get a hold of support on June 1st and they say that there was a problem with the truck and that it will be delivered on June 2nd, and to call this store at 12 noon on June 2nd if it hasn't arrived. Well wouldn't you know, 12 noon rolls around and no delivery. I call the store and they say 'It's scheduled to be delivered on June 10th' Now why would I wait yet another week (to make it a total of 3 weeks) since order for these items. The customer service person is not at fault, but they stated that their shipping company is not great... So why are we using them. I then contacted online support who stated that they can try to get the items before June 8th. No, It's already been proven that we can't trust their word, so why would I keep getting strung along. Guaranteed, no accountability comes from this to the Evergreen store, their 3rd party shipper or anything. Pretty common in today's world. I am just going to go to Lowes or any where else that can actually get the job done. This is the most embarrassing thing I have ever had happen with Home Depot.

I just had the best experience at the Evergreen CO Home Depot (El Rancho Rd) thanks to Mark G. in the paint department. He provided exceptional customer service, possessed extreme knowledge, and showed unmatched professionalism helping not only myself but many other customers while assisting me without ever making any of us wait or feel unattended to. Additionally his charm and positivity during our interactions may even have cured my chronic depression and anxiety. Hi my name is Shorty, I was in the store in Evergreen, co the other day at 6:30 in the am. I would like to say a big KUDOS to the staff there. When I entered the store every employee that I passed said "Good morning" The morning staff when I was there were very helpful, friendly and professial. I would also like to do a shout-out to Taylor and Thersa. Taylor went above and beyond to help me with the project I was about to embark on. He helped me firgure out how much mulch I was going to need. He was wonderful!!!! You have a great team there!! I did call ahead to see what I would need and if they had it (you did). Taylor said just ask for him and he would help me! (HE DID). Thanks HOME DEPOT in Evergreen,Co * YOU ALL ROCK*

Came in for some firewood for our girl scout trip. I had called in advance to see if they had wood. The person who helped me on the phone was friendly and helpful and let me know exactly where i would go to find it. I went in and was able to locate the firewood. Did not actually see any employees around. Went to self check and the guy working at the self check did not acknowledge my existence even though I was only person at the self check. Store seemed clean and the parking lot was large. Store was easy to fine.

Ordered a $2k sliding glass door! Paid in full. Waited 6 weeks, called the store - after over 15 phone calls to multiple departments, as no one would answer... over several days, i finally reached a rep. "Oh, it's been here for a week". I asked why, no call, no delivery to the house, etc. After having had to go through the service desk, mill works and pro desk, I had the assurances of the asst Mgr that the door would be delivered, and a phone call to confirm. Not the case! After many, many more un-answered phone calls, I drove the 30 miles to talk in person. Witnessed many employees standing by the telephone, ringing off the hook. Manager instructions or incompetent? The door, finally agreed to be delivered- delivery window; standby for 14 hrs. "Someone will call you before delivery". That didn't happen. When the door arrived, it was missing the door handle! Went back to store - nice lady said, "go pick out something that will work and I'll have our 'specialist' order it for you. After the millwork desk rep stating, "I'm too busy to look for it, give me a week", I asked for a Mgr. Mgr promised to look for it, and call me back. Never happened. Again, drove to the store to meet with someone face to face. Mgr states, "I'll have our specialist order one and have it shipped to you". Doesn't happen! Another 5 week pass..., the wrong handle shows up at the store. No phone call, I have to reach out. NO ONE answers the phone after multiple calls!!! I again, drive the miles... I ask for the Mgr., she promises, "I'll have the specialist order the correct one and I will call you today to confirm. Still waiting for that call. I call, she's gone home. I LOATHE this Home Depot location!!! Don't walk away, RUN!!

We spent nearly 10 grand for all New Samsung appliances. Our refrigerator has partially worked since it was installed nearly a month ago. The Home Depot DOES NOT stand by their product. If you call The Home Depot, they will just pass you off to a Samsung Representative. The ice maker and dispenser on the door do not function properly. I was told it would be 10-weeks to get a new fridge, so I opted for the 48 to 72 hour turnaround time. They ordered a replacement door on June 8th, but no one to do the install. If they would ship me the goddamned door, I would install it myself. I have placed 4 calls to The Home Depot. The last call I made when I asked them to come and pick it up, I was once again connected to a Samsung representative that did nothing. Thank you, The Home Depot for washing your hands of any responsibility. This is the service you provide to Veterans, so I should definitely take my business elsewhere. Complete unacceptable customer service.

Very hit and miss . I've had good experiences and bad . Starting an outside remodel so will be back here quite a bit. Unfortunately this store didn't have half of what I needed so needed to go down to Golden. Not a surprise for this store. Very usual.
