Outstanding service. A lovely lady not only boxed a FedEx order for me, but she carried that heavy box to my car. She saved me stress. The FedEx Depot I went to couldn't even help me print the label. Created stress! If it's just for drop off, call it FedEx Drop off! Kudos to the sweetheart who went over and above.

The guy that works here is friendly but the lady is very rude. Today she told me that the return QR code was not a return code because her scanner couldn’t scan it. It was 100% the return QR code. Then she couldn’t be bothered to help and sent us to another register. Every interaction I have with her is filled with attitude.

$65 to ship a box. Went to usps, $22. I've given them the benefit a number of times and this has been the norm.

I rely on this store for all my small business shipping needs, and they never disappoint. The team here is consistently welcoming and goes above and beyond to assist.
The staff greets me warmly and is always eager to lend a hand. Being a family-owned business, they truly care about their customers, and it shows.

This store is my go to for all my small business shipping. The staff has always been friendly and extremely helpful. I’m in this location 2-3 times a week with order shipments or Amazon returns.
They always say hello, and are extremely happy to help.
They are a small family owned business and I will continue to support them whenever possible! I appreciate all of your help, and thank you for your service!

Beyond unfriendly. These people are downright rude. Terrible customer service and the man that works there severely mistreated my wife. Combine the ridiculous prices to the awful customer service and lack of human decency and I’m not sure how these crooks stay open.
Go to the Shipping Depot instead.
