All the staff are so nice. Tonight Kathy went above and beyond being very patient and helpful with my prescription needs

Prescriptions are never ready on time or they are out of stock. They think you have all the time in the world to drive to the pharmacy to pick up half your prescription today and then come back another day to pick up the rest.

The most awesome Walgreens in the entire Denver metro area, even though it is between Bergen Park and downtown Evergreen! I drive out of my way by up to 35 miles to use them. They have helped me so many times when other Walgreens were totally incompetent

We love our Evergreen Walgreens! The staff is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. They are also our preferred vaccine administrators (Kathy is beyond awesome!).

Incompetent and have gave me a hard time about every prescription I've ever filled, and yes, I have health insurance with prescription drug coverage. They won't honor drug company coupons or co-pay relief.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. They clearly value their lunch break over customer service.
I had an appointment for a shingles vaccine today at 1pm. I showed up 1:05 and stood in line for 10 minutes. When I told the clerk that I was there for a 1pm vaccine appointment you can tell that she clearly wasn't happy.
She told me that they don't like 1pm appointments (then why offer them??) and that they had a lunch break coming up and asked me to come back at 2pm or another day.
I asked why they couldn't give me the shot in the 15 minutes that remained before their break. She told me that it would take 10 minutes to mix the vaccine (keep in mind it was 1:15pm). Okay, so I guess they don't want to risk being late for their lunch break and would rather have me spend 45 minutes going home and come back again rather than them risk 2-3 minutes of their lunch break.
Customer service is clearly not a priority for them here.
Walgreen's just lost a long-time customer today and sadly I don't think they care.

I have had multiple bad experiences at this location—specifically the pharmacy. Today I made a purchase where I forgot to use our HSA card. I quickly realized said mistake and asked if we could refund the purchase. I’ve never had any issues with having money returned to my credit card. BUT because I used my $5 off points they could only give “store credit” (this purchase was well over $100). Had I not used that discount, I would have been able to receive a refund. This is a policy that is not made clear to the customer—and is quite frankly unacceptable. 10/10 do not recommend.

Whoever works in the photo section that thinks she knows how to develop and process camera films is absolutely disgusting. She ripped my husband’s and I camera film full of pictures that are now lost because of her incompetence and arrogance she displayed, thinking she knew what she was doing. Thanks…

Great staff. They don’t waste your time, but are patient and happy to answer questions when you have them.

The pharmacy staff at Walgreens Evergreen is always so busy they can barely keep up, but they always do it with a smile and a willingness make sure all of their customers are taken care of. Just the other day Kathy, who has been a stable employee there for years, went out of her way to open a new package of dog treats just to please my eager dog when we went through the drive through window. Those little things mean so much. Thank you!!!

I just went to Walgreens to get a Covid vaccine. They ran my insurance and found out that for some reason it wasn’t covered. They spent at least 15 minutes trying to figure out a way to get me the shot so I wouldn’t have to pay the $200 it was going to cost. Despite the line and all the busyness, they took the time to really help me and ultimately, I was able to get the shot under a federal program at no cost. Every time I go in there the staff is incredibly helpful and invested. Huge kudos!!
