I would not use this place the reason why is because my daughter works there, Dr. Sara Singh is the pharmacist. Whatconcerns me is Sara lied under oath in a failed fraudulent attempt to rip her mother off for $1 million. What concerns me even more it's her husband is a pedophile with a string of felonies, Sara, Kathleen Mortensun , who married Jay Kumar Singh, the pedophile and is working at Walgreens in Evergreen should not have the keys to the medicine cabinet. If she's going to lie under oath in a failed fraudulent attempt to rip her parents off for $1 million. I can prove she did this. I can prove her husband, a pedophile who just got a string of Felonies and has not spent a night in jail because his daddy gets him off, his daddy is connected.Signed;Mark Mason Mortensun

Katherine, the pharmacy manager, has a very rude attitude. Caused a lot of unnecessary confusion. This pharmacy never has my prescriptions ready when the automated system indicates they are ready.

Everyone in the pharmacy have always been extremely polite and helpful. I've had problems of untrained staff at front register. But I can understand needing more training. I wouldn't understand if the person wasn't trying.

I had an appointment for a flu shot at 10:15 am. I arrived at 9:55 am. I stood in line for twenty minutes or so. When I finally could speak to someone, I was told it would be another 45 minutes until I could get the shot. I was told that there were four people ahead of me, all of whom had an appointment. This was not true, as I had the second appointment of the day. I realize that staffing is difficult, but it is not necessary to tell me a lie. I am disappointed as the service is generally good, if slow.

D*** AND DUMBER Trying to FedEx? This may not be your best option. In returning 3 boxes to a retailer, I provided the retailer's QR code, and 2 days later the same boxes arrived back on my doorstep. They had sent them to my address instead of the retailer. Argg. So I return, 3 boxes in hand (in retrospect, perhaps not a well-considered move). This time, I was told that, because I had one retailer's code, they would only ship one box (this from the pudgy Sunday manager). Never mind his underling managed three boxes on one code earlier in the week (albeit to the wrong address, mine). Argg. So, after a total drive time of 90 minutes and a wait time of 30 minutes, I have been able to make 1 of 3 returns. yippee. I will be going to Golden in the future. I advise you to do the same.

I generally hate drug stores but I wanted to call out this place that went the extra mile for me in a difficult situation. I was traveling and was out of a prescription drug which is a controlled substance. This adds all sorts of red tape, like you can't transfer prescriptions between pharmacies (including just getting refills). They were very friendly to me, but didn't have enough of the medication. So I found another Walgreens that did, but the pharmacist was rude to me and wouldn't fill it (the details are complicated). I called the Evergreen Walgreens again and asked Steve in the pharmacy if he could help me out since they were so friendly to me before. He called the other Walgreens on my behalf and sorted out everything for me. The prescription was ready 15 minutes later. If not for this I would have had to end my vacation early as it's a medication you can't just stop taking without serious problems. The heath care industry is so frustrating that it needs more people like Steve.
