Service was usually good, however, during one very cold period our propane tank was totally empty and our cabin temperature dropped to near zero before Amerigas refilled our tank.

I would give zero stars if I could. My experience has been extremely frustrating and I plan to cancel my account as soon as I get my bills straightened out.

I wasn’t on site (vacation/second home). Amerigas needs to be more transparent and informative about installation of remote tank monitors. Was supposed to have been done in August, but not done and no word on status.
