The shop is the real deal for custom felt and straw hats, with straw hats fitted on the spot and felt hats made to order. The final products fit like a glove and surpass expectations, often becoming a go-to hat for life. Customers receive exactly what they ordered and get many compliments. While felt hats involve a wait and start at a higher price, the experience and quality are highly recommended.

I just picked up a fedora that I had ordered last summer. Bob made sure of the measurements and the final product fit like a glove. I got exactly what I ordered. I am going to order a cowboy hat next. I can't be more pleased.

Awesome craftsmanship and even better customer service. There was a small blemish in the felt of the hat I ordered and they immediately ordered a new pelt and remade the hat (in a higher quality than the original). If you are in the mood for a custom hat this is the place!
