****update**** 1-23-24Veterinary, Jen called me today and gave much needed advice on what to do for our pup’s diarrhea issue that she still is suffering from, so looking forward to getting her relief with the new action plan! Front staff is so helpful and friendly.Took our eight week old puppy to Dr. Rubin. She had diarrhea For 3 days. He said this was normal as puppies digestive system was new and erratic and would correct itself. I said well how long should I let it go on before I contact the vet again. And he said 6 to 8 weeks! I contacted the breeder just to see what she thought about this, and she said that it was their food, and she had to change the puppy siblings food as well as It was upsetting their stomach. I am so glad I did not believe his foolish information as she would’ve continued to have this diarrhea for 6 to 8 weeks on the same food, and then even longer as it takes 2 weeks to switch to a new food! Beware of this nincimpoop!

Took great care of my older dog and did tests to get an idea of the problem. So we got the message she needed.

All I was there for was a nail trim and rabies shot. I had to retell them about her feet and back surgery ptsd because nobody wrote it down from last time. They said I should get a worm test, and so I said sure they could test. But later, the actual vet comes in to say I didn't need the test, but they already did it. He also says it's only something she would need for the summer, and we are in winter. So, a waste of money. After he gives the rabies shot, he asks questions of whether we should put her on painkillers. I clearly say no as it has been 6 years since she has broken her back, and she isn't in any pain, which was said by the last vet. They took her into the back where I could hear them calling her a boy over and over again while doing her nails. Then they charged me another 58 dollars for an annual exam. She had just had an annual exam in may only 6 months ago. Which isn't annually. They apparently do it every time they do shots. I did feel as if all they cared about was money.

The vet was very kind and patient with my dog, despite her anxiety and aggression. Called and got an appointment the same day!

This veterinarian office is the worst run office you can find. Their phone system tells you to leave a message, then it tells you the mail box is full (only holds 20 messages) it sends you in this unending loop. It never tells you that they are closed even though their posted hours state they're open. (lack of doctors is the reason for the unexpected closure). If posted hours say that your business is open, shouldn't your office be manned by an employee answering phones or have the message state that they are closed?(I was told she can't change the message) Something is wrong here, if they can't tell their customers that they are closed with their answering machine, then they should man the front desk. This is the second time I have had to drive into town to see if they were still in business. It is the last. I took my business elsewhere, you should too!

This is the worst place I've ever been they don't care about anything but money and the employees are extremely rude they will say one thing on the phone just to get you there then it completely changes once you get there and if you don't have several hundred dallars you can't get them to even LOOK at a poor helpless animal that was hit by a car!!!! Wish I could give them -100 stars!! That's not even all though, they can't just simply be polite about it they actually got so rude in front of my 2 kids when I'm holding a dying cat these people should be ashamed

The staff is caring, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Leon is thorough and willing to take the time to answer questions and help educate you on the follow up care for your animals. He has a compassionate heart for the pet-parent and the animals he cares for. I am so thankful that we found the Animal Hospital of Falcon.

Used to highly recommend this vet office, then it went corporate. The vets are all nice and so is front desk staff... however they are often not open or not available because they don't have a veterinarian on duty. Also expensive, it's a shame.

The whole staff is friendly, helpful, and empathetic. My dog can be shy around strangers but they do a great job of trying to make him as comfortable as possible.
