Mike was very helpful, paid attention to what I needed, got it done in a timely manner and was exceptional at his job, and was extremely polite and made me feel like a valued customer. The other young man was also extremely helpful, making sure I had an instruction sheet on how to transfer information to my new phone when it arrived. We were very impressed with our overall visit to this location in Falcon.

Update for AT&T Store at New Center Point:
I have given 5 stars for THIS particular store. It is a corporate store and the customer service was excellent. They installed a new SIM card into my new phone and the representative was pleasant and helpful. I can't remember his name. Noah? I would highly recommend to folks who live out in the Falcon/Peyton/Calhan area to drive the extra miles to use this store rather than the one in Falcon. The store in Falcon has poor customer service.

I am not an ATT customer, but I was having issues with my phone. I stopped in to see if they had any advice. The gentleman with a great smile, David I think, helped me reset my phone and install from a backup. It resolved my issue, and he was such a great help, even though I'm not an ATT customer. He made me consider switching.

I had an excellent experience with AT&T customer service recently. Val was incredibly helpful and resolved all of my issues quickly and efficiently. I appreciated how patient and attentive they were, making sure everything was taken care of in no time. It’s rare to encounter such exceptional service, and I’m grateful for Val’s professionalism. Highly recommend AT&T, especially if you get the chance to work with someone as great as Val!
