I went in on the shop in falcon on the 31st to get my heater looked at. Justin was the one that helped me. I needed a ride home n back to the shop n he did both. He has helped me before n my daughter. He has always been very nice n helpful n takes care of the problem n explains everything to us. I feel that Justin is your best front man you have. It's because of him we keep going back.

I've gone here for about 2 years for tires/suspension which has been good. Front desk folks are always friendly. My rating is based on the chance I took to have them do a fuel injection service, which resulted in costly emission system problems shortly after. I just took my car back to the dealer to fix the issues. I'll probably just stick to them for tire related concerns, but then again, a lot more box stores have opened up in the area.

Justin at the front desk was Amazing. I brought my tire in that had two screws in it. They took the tire back and within thirty minutes had the tire repaired. He even helped me take the tire off the back of my truck and then put back on. They didn’t even charge me for the repair. Thank you Justin and Big O! That was great service I had today. I will definitely come back when I need new tires.

Extremely friendly staff. I drove about a half an hour just to go to this specific location. The manager is especially awesome and goes above and beyond customer service.

Bad customer service. Went in on a Saturday without an appointment, which is my fault. When asking about a possible oil change the older gentleman looked annoyed I even asked. When I politely asked if there was availability, he scoffed and said, nope, overbooked as it is. He offered no follow up for days or times that may be available and I politely left. Sucks this place used be awesome.

Thank you to the team that worked on my car today. There was a delay for my appointment and I believe a shortage of employees today. Consequently, my appointment was quite delayed. They were done with my car. I was given the keys and told everything was taken care of. I assumed he meant the car was done. What he really meant is that he comped the cost of the service today due the delay! Unbelievable! He was very apologetic for the delay and I couldn’t be more impressed. Thank you, Big O. You won me over! I will never go anywhere else and I will spread the word to everyone that I know! Bravo!

I never write these, but my experience today needs to be shared. Wasn't super excited about buying 4 new tires (that I absolutely needed) but, yay being an adult. Scott and the team were nothing but nice and accommodating and I was in and out in less than an hour. I'm not sure I've ever had a more pleasant experience than this. Highly recommend coming here in the future, as they care about their customers.

I purchased new tires from Big O less than a year ago. The sales rep. talk us into an additional extended warranty that would cover roadside assistance and FREE tire replacement due to roadside hazard. As my wife was driving into work today she got a nail in the tire and called for assistance. She was informed it would take about 2 hours to get service out to her. My son being only 30 min away got her safely off the side of the road. He changed her tire and took it to the Big O in falcon to get it replaced. We were informed that the tire was too worn to replace. In the same sentence he offered a "Better Set Of Tire" for us to purchase. Why would I buy another set of tires from them. I only owned these for about a year! buyer beware! They'll seem to find a reason to not cover it!

My alternator went out on my Subaru and I took it to Big O Tires at the recommendation of my daughter. They were fast and friendly and got my car fixed the same day. A big shout out to Justin Bowen and his crew. They did a fantastic job and I will be seeing them again thank you.
