Caliber went above and beyond expectation on my 2015 Dodge Challenger. Not only did they fix the wreck damages, they also diagnosed a bad water pump that wasn't related to the collision. I will return to Caliber every time.

This location is incredible. Jessica, turned our unfortunate incident completely around, getting our car back to us much quicker than expected and it looks better then before the incident. She and her team went above and beyond to help us. She kept us informed every step of the way. We are beyond happy with our experience, 5 stars just isn't enough for the care and support we received.

I had the most wonderful experience at Caliber Collision in Peyton, CO with my car repairs. It was my first accident ever in my life of 71 years. I started with a friendly greeting by a very cheerful Laura at front desk. I met their most wonderful service advisor, Auburn. She was extremely patient with answering all my questions, explaining every step of the process and keeping me up to date on my vehicle, especially dealing with insurance. I highly recommend them for any auto body repairs😀

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I rented a car with Enterprise and the shop staff was very helpful with this too. My car was rear ended and the damage was mainly to the bumper and the deck lid. They did a good job and it looks good, except I think they should have taken more time and washing the car and cleaning it a lot better. I live in a dirt road and lots of dust cumulates on the rear. When I picked up the car there was sand and dirt running down from the back to the bottom of the bumper from when they washed it. It’s all about the detail in my opinion. Other than this I would recommend their service!

Great work on some front-end collision damage to my 2019 Subaru Forester. Mae was very courteous and responsive at the reception desk. Work was performed flawlessly and they updated me through the process through texts.

I recently had my car in for repairs through my insurance company and they did a great job. After the repairs my a/c went out so I took it back to them and they were extremely helpful. The staff was always so nice and they respond quickly and keep you updated on the progress of your car. Kenny took care of the repairs for my a/c and took care of the extra charges since I was a repeat customer.

From the moment I unfortunately found myself needing a collision repair shop, Caliber Collision (Maltese Point location) has been nothing short of exceptional. I honestly can't praise them enough for their outstanding communication, unparalleled customer service, and truly masterful body work.
Let's start with the communication. In what can often be a stressful and confusing time, Auburn kept me informed every step of the way. Laura and Auburn were always friendly, approachable, and incredibly responsive. They patiently answered all my questions, clearly explained the repair process, and provided regular updates on the progress of my vehicle.
The customer service I received was truly top-tier. They went above and beyond to make the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my satisfaction and were committed to providing the best possible service. They treated me not just as a customer, but as a valued individual, and that made all the difference. They coordinated with my rental car company to ensure I had a ride to get my rental and even allowed me to turn my rental car in at the collision shop!
Finally, the body work itself is simply outstanding. My truck looks great! The repair work is flawless – you would never know that it had been in an accident. The paint match is perfect, and the attention to detail is remarkable. They clearly employ highly skilled technicians who take pride in their craft. I feel completely confident in the quality of their work and know that my truck has been restored to its pre-accident condition, if not better- not to mention, my truck was spotless when I got it back.

These estimates are very overpriced. I had an estimate for $8,000 out of pocket from another Caliber Collision location and insurance then only paid $4,000 for it here. I got an estimate for $1,750 for a repair that insurance wouldn't pay for because it was unrelated to the accident, they said something was hanging on by threads, they said my car was unsafe to drive, and I had to sign a waiver. Stay away from Caliber Collisions in general.
I had another mechanic look at it and he didn't see anything hanging on by threads and thought one part was not even a necessity to replace. My car was basically safe to drive; a control arm was slightly bent. I saved a considerable amount on parts too. I suggest shopping around.
If anything goes wrong with the current repair, I will update the review. They did good work on my insurance claim, but I don't trust Caliber Collision pricing whatsoever.
