The way Janet talks to customers when she puts them in a line is incredibly disrespectful. I asked for her help finding something and she rolled her eyes before showing me, I'm just confused is that not her job? There has never been a time I've come in and she hasn't acted snooty or moody towards employees and customers. I am almost suspicious because my partner is white and she doesn't treat them the way she treats me and I am a person of color. I frequent the dollarstore and I know there are two Janet's so I'd like to be specific. The one Janet is lovely, never have any issues and she makes conversation. The rude Janet is the one with the glasses and straight cut reddish brown bob and you should avoid her if you can. I am surprised she hasn't been spoken to yet, she is HR's worst nightmare.

The dollar store is a place to find millions and millions of Bargains. If you just look it's amazing what you can find there. They definitely save us a lot of money thank you dollar stores.

This Dollar Tree has wonderful merchandise, great selection but the manager could use some customer service training. I'm not sure if she's going through hard times in her life or what the deal is but she's perpetually rude and abrupt with every customer she rings up. This is the case every time I go in this store if she takes over a register. She acts like she's doing a special favor helping people and her tone of voice is like a cold tomb. I'll probably come back because I love Dollar Tree but I'll wait in a long line to avoid her register from now on. I feel sorry for whomever else they hire. She must be just a joy to work for.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have always gone to this dollar tree and had no problems but today the lady checking us out at 6:21 PM September 16, 2023 was on her phone texting I felt as though I had interrupted her texting. I believe her name was Aaliyah. She was very rude and dismissive. I really hope this is not the customer service to expect every time I come in here or I will never come back.
