I had an appointment for a quote to get a quarter panel repainted. They called the day after the appointment was made and told me they will not quote the repair without having all the insurance information of the company that damaged my vehicle. Apparently they don’t need the business if they won’t even bother with a simple quote they originally agreed to do.

Our new Telluride was damaged pretty extensively by a hail storm last year. Gerber Collision was able to get us in sooner than any other shop in town. We had continued communication with Heidi while waiting for our parts to arrive and she was very friendly and made sure to keep us updated along the way. They set a date with us to take it to the shop as soon as our parts would arrive. They kept us updated weekly on the repair process and the status of our vehicle. The original estimate for repair was near 45 days, but they were able to complete all of our repairs within 30 days just before our rental car was due back (they also returned our rental for us). Our vehicle looks brand new and you can’t even tell it was in a hailstorm, they also detailed it before pickup which was an added bonus! I am currently pregnant and am expecting soon so it was such a blessing to get our vehicle back earlier than expected and in such great shape as our other vehicle does not do well in snow or hold a car seat.Gerber provided exceptional service all the way around and I would highly suggest them for any repairs you have! We truly felt like they cared about their customers.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Do not under any circumstances take your vehicle here for any work to be done. I had my truck destroyed by the hail storm that hit colorado in end of June 2023, I had issues with insurance getting a correct estimate completed as most insurance companies do in this situation. I took my truck to Gerber to have them get estimates and complete the work needed to get my truck fixed. The initial estimate was done but come to find out they are a "Preferred" shop with AllState insurance. They scheduled to have my truck brought in for repair after the initial estimate was done, I was told parts had been ordered and that it would be taken care of. First time I took off work early to go down there not a phone call or anything about the upcoming appointment. I get to Gerber and told the parts are taking longer to get in and they wouldn't be able to complete repairs at that time. We scheduled 1 month from that appointment, thinking they would call me if there would be any changes to the 2nd appointment made. Again took off work early to take it in and, 5 minutes before my appointment get a call, "Sorry the parts are still not in and we will have to reschedule yet again". I get everyone is getting repairs done but not even a phone call to give updates. I go and speak to the Manager of the shop, very stand off and just doesn't care about the issue at all, telling me they will contact me and keep me updated to the parts coming in. After yet another month no call, no updates, nothing from Gerber at this time not happy, go down for 3rd appointment and told they won't be fixing my my truck that Gerber and AllState insurance decided that I could take my vehicle elsewhere to get repairs done. As anyone would be I was pretty angry, after going down to speak to the manager about the issues they lie, tell me that the decision to cancel my assignment with them was due to issues we were having with insurance then told it was because we were upset that it was taking so long. After months of having a truck that after the fact was a total loss by another shop had to physically go to the store and have the manager hand write a letter stating the issues with me and my vehicle and then why they were canceling my assignment. All of this was done due to leaving a bad feedback on Gerber feedback report. After doing this they acted very unprofessional by telling me to take my vehicle elsewhere and have to start the entire process over again. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with before when getting a vehicle repaired. Like many others I read reviews on companies before going to get any work completed. This review should stop you from taking your vehicle to this shop.In conclusion the manager of Gerber and the AllState rep that oversees the daily issues Stephanie Benavidez are the worst representatives of a company and should be ashamed of what they have done on this contract.Do not go to this shop for any repairs go to a dealer before looking at them.

I've had my wife's car repaired twice by this Gerber location. Each time they were thorough and the car came out looking like new, can't even tell that it was in an accident. I would definetly reccomend them.

Wow!! Gerber Collision is amazing no need to look any further! I brought my Ford Escape in for repair after a collision. Their costumer service is amazing and the work they did was incredible. The turn around time was very quick. They sent me text messages twice a week, letting me know what was going on with the repairs on the vehicle. I even went into the shop midway through the repairs and they let me see the vehicle and explained everything that they were doing to it with me. Overwhelming 100% Satisfied - more than satisfied actually. A USAA referred collision and repair shop. Friendly and Professional staff! Appointments were easy, they kept us informed of the status and progress with regular text updates and they finished the job many days early than expected. This might sound silly, but you can’t even tell where the previous damage was. I know that’s their job - but it’s just amazing how the car looks brand new. And they even cleaned the car inside and out! 5 stars and more if I could. Quality work - professional and friendly staff - that’s how you run a business!
