The team at the Sushi section is just phenomenal! Especially the young lady making the sushi this morning, she was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was helped. Also it looked and tasted amazing today!

There are 25 registers in this store you will be lucky if even one is open. Half the self checkouts are closed. And one teenager is running the only open register while lines go through the aisles. No baggers so it takes a very long time for people to get through the lines. I think my record is about a 30 minute wait but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s been longer. Absolutely insane

I had to edit this review from months ago that I gave this king soopers 4 stars , I now give it a 1 at best. I am writing this in hopes that something will change in the system and procedures in which pick up orders are placed and picked up. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have gone to pick up my groceries and they have said "we don't have your order ready yet" or have been sent a text 10 mins or LESS before my pick up window and it's said they are running behind on my order. Today was the last straw for me.
I live about 20 mins from this location and when I got there was told sorry your order isn't ready. I was told it would be over AN HOUR and a half after my pick up time that my order would be ready. I was mad, that is just ridiculous, I cannot just leave and come back and hope that they will be ready with my order by then.
I called to talk to the so called "manager" I have no idea if this lady even was the manager or not, but she said there were too many pick up orders placed and that they had to call the orders from like 3:30 on and let them know they were running behind. I was a 5-6pm window and got 0 phone calls or voice messages left. I was told they could give me $25 off my order and that's all that could be done. I am sorry but that is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous. I was not gonna wait around and hr and a half and come back to see if my order was ready by that time.
I live too far away, and I just feel like this has been happening too many times to deal with anymore here. I am not using this king soopers pick up anymore. I wish they could get their stuff together because the system that's in place right now is non-existent and absolute trash. Good luck keeping loyal customers around because the customer service absolutely sucks here!

Very clean, helpful staff, grocery items you can’t find in other places… I prefer this grocery store over Walmart and Safeway. My only advice is to check the fresh fruit carefully before purchasing. I have had moldy purchases from that particular section more than once. (Strawberries mostly.) But everything else from this King Soopers has been outstanding.

I came here on Christmas Eve. All I needed was one item so that I could be a better host on Christmas Day. I got here 2 minutes before the store was set to close and they wouldn’t let me go in. They were very rude and told me that the cash registers were off. As I was driving away I saw that the cash registers were still operating. I confronted the employee who had lied to me and said I would love to speak to his manager when he offered to go get her. She was just as rude as he was and it really took me by surprise. I didn’t expect any of that especially not on Christmas Eve. It put a very distasteful representation of the company in my mind which will take awhile to go away. Definitely will avoid this location in the future.
*Edit, it is very rare that I leave a bad review. I usually only leave 5 star reviews of businesses that I had a really positive experience at.

Overall good, however I wish snow fox had more than 2 non avocado options. I have an avocado allergy and eat sushi 4 times a week

This store is a mess most days, literally and figuratively. I go around 8-9am most days and half the time there’s no cashier open and if you have a big order you have to scan and bag yourself. If there is a cashier, there’s probably not a bagger available, but there’s usually 3-5 workers (managers?) talking in a circle nearby. There’s always boxes and carts blocking aisles and walkways with stocking. Overall, I’d recommend going to one of the other local stores if you want an enjoyable experience.

Been going to KS for 40 plus years. Staff knowledge is great.. not everone as great as Other Travis at Stetson hills is superb.

Normally good, freezers went out at this location and meat and cheese were not cold/frozen for some time. Opened a pack of beef patties and smelt extremely bad. Had to throw them away. Would avoid meat and cheese here for a week or teo because they didnt throw it away and just put it all back out on shelves.
