Don’t use this shop for a pre-purchase inspection. I was put in a major safety hazard by their negligence by completely missing that the two back calibers were unbolted. Not to mention they were not prompt on timing with appointment.

We were extremely shocked and appreciative. As to how your employees worked this in at the last minute, fix the air conditioning unit. They were compassionate about the heat without us having the dogs in the car, they were very thorough on explaining to us what was wrong and how it needed to fix and why it effects as well as they even showed us photos of everything! I would very highly recommend this specific location.

Josh was able to fit me in on the day I called. I had been driving and my front brake was grinding. I had my brakes checked by the dealer 6 weeks earlier and they gave me a green light. Dealership was not able to even check them to see if I was safe to drive when I called. Josh was even able to work with the warranty company on the coverage. My caliber malfunctioned and it all was covered by the warranty.

Not one of better experiences here. Made an appointment for 1:00 and specified I would be waiting for the vehicle. Didn’t even go in the bay until 2:00 and wasn’t finished until 2:30. Seems excessive for an oil change.

My car is over the warranty so I am looking for a great service place that I can trust. They only changed my oil so far but they were professional, started on my car promptly at my appointment time. I will bring my car back to them for further service

I've used Meineke here and there through the years but going to start using them more often. I love the through inspections with photographs so I can see what they are seeing. It helps me make more informed decisions on services and understand the repairs that need to made. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and have no issues talking me through my questions and concerns. Super helpful all the way around.
