Went in with two eyebrows and left with one and a half!!!!! Then she had the nerve to say it was like that when I came in!!!! Who does that!!!???! Will NOT return and should have gotten a refund or been offered one. Didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home.

I made an appointment at 10am, showed up on time and sat for over 20 minutes and finally left because no one came to put me in a chair. I hope they find a way to elevate their service because I would have been happy soaking my feet in a chair instead of just waiting.

Today was my first visit to this salon and I was not impressed by the tech I had. I had a Luxury Pedicure, the process was lovely and my skin feels great but after getting home I realized my toenails look awful. The tech used a drill to remove previous gel polish but did so sloppy, leaving them and left my nails lumpy and bumpy. My toenails are crooked and jagged. I'm so glad I didn't pay $20 extra for gel polish because I've been cleaning polish off my cuticles and skin, she missed edges of a few nails. I could have done a better job myself. This wasn't worth $60
*update- and now I have an ingrown toenail... I never get ingrown toenails!

Disappointed. I specifically asked for the Express Mani and Express pedi which were $20 each. I was charged $68.75 instead of the $40 (plus $8 tip) I thought I was paying. It’s my fault for not checking the pin pad before swiping and signing the receipt, but I trusted that I would only be charged what I owed. Don’t make my mistake, double check what you’re being charged for.

It has been one week and my gel nail already chipped off from trying to get a raisin out of a raisin box. The piece of gel stuck to the raisin. They only put on two layers of gel instead of 3 or more. The last time I went here my gel nails only lasted 2 weeks and my Mother's gel nails lasted 2 weeks as well. It is a nice place and not too far from my house, but I wish my nails would last longer than 1 week of breaking or 2 weeks. I paid $133.00 and it should have been half the price for what happened as I got a manicure and pedicure, and my manicure did not last long. It would have been better with just the pedicure, they are better at pedicures than manicures.

My daughter treated me to a pedicure before I went on vacation. I chose to get the gels because. I was told they would last longer. It has been only 10 days since they were done, and I have been wearing shoes every day since then. It looks as though they had been done many weeks ago, as they look grown out. They have chipped, and the full nail has not been polished. It was quite an awful job, honestly. I am so sorry that my daughter wasted her money. She works harder than most, and deserves a job well done. And, I think they overcharged her to boot. Just a word of caution. I, personally, would never go there again.

I’ve had my nails done four times there. The second time the man in the back by the sink did them and they were awful. Third time the gentleman that sits in the front did them and they looked absolutely amazing. I was so happy with the job that he did. Went in there for the fourth time and was asked to go to the man in the back of the shop again, and I reluctantly did. Should never ever have let that man do my nails again. They look so awful that I am going to have to take them off at another salon, and start all over again . I attached a photo and they are red with glitter for my football team that is playing this weekend. The shape that he gave them is the worst. They are not even a shape actually, and they are so rough around all of the edges. And I also had to sit and listen to him continuously tell me how I needed to get gel nails when I told him I do not want gel nails. My nails look so horrible. I can’t even look at them. I didn’t say anything in the salon because this was a my bad for letting that man do my nails again. But I will never go back there again. And now I have to look at this mess on my hands for the next few days until I can get in somewhere else and get them taken off and a new set put back on. It’s really a shame because the man in the front is amazing so if you go there, make sure you have him and only him do your nails.

Updste: Tom does amazing work! The manager (Tiffany) offered a return visit, on them, to make things right with me! Not a lot of nail salons do that. He was receptive to what I wanted and nailed it, literally! I'll definitely go back to see him!Services: Acrylic nails
