nails are not what i asked for. Acrylic all over my hand. Colors are all wrong, nails are not even. Really ugly nails and cost 75$ that’s ridiculous

I'm 9 months pregnant and went for a spa pedicure today. The guy recommended the #4 which was $65. We get done and I go to pay and it was $80. I looked at the pricing and confirmed it was a $65 pedicure that I had chosen...I feel like he charged me the 20% tip included in the price. (Peter). Kind of shady
I'm editing post to say that the massage and hot stones were amazing, I love how the pedicure turned out as well.... just confused why one price was listed and I was charged another.

I don't know why but over the last few months this place is not doing as well as it used to. I actually had to have my nails removed and redone today and I still don't really care for how they look. I've been going to the same place for 5 years but I think it's about time to switch.

I specifically asked Peter to not use gel and for a basic pedicure. By the time I was done he had given me a deluxe and use gel. So a $35 pedicure turned into $65. I have actually been going to this particular location for over 3 years now and love me some Ashley. She was not available for the pedicure so while I waited for her to do my nails Peter took over.Don't ever use Peter! He will overcharge you!

Worst experience ever!! I was brought back 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and then told my gift certificate had expired and they would not honor any part of it. When my family purchased that they were not told there was an expiration date. I can not fathom how we paid for a service we never received and this company is COMPLETELY UNWILLING to do anything to make it right. DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never go back!!

The seats are a little dated, but the service is top-notch. They do nut rush, plenty of colorways, and friendly staff. Great for Grandparents and Daughter dates!

I paid $75 for a mani/pedi which normally I would say is a good deal, but it seems like a lot considering I only got regular nail polish. The pedicure was great, and I can’t complain about that part at all. But, the pedicure wasn’t like the pedicures I’ve received at other salons. The nail tech just soaked my fingers in a bowl of soapy water, cut my cuticles, and painted my nails. The paint also started chipping the same day, and after 2 days was so bad I had to remove it. Not happy with the value of what I received, and I’ll definitely try a different salon next time.

This place is great and it is conveniently located inside Walmart. Selina did my nails. She created the perfect almond shaped nails. I will definitely be returning. Clean and friendly environment. ?
