We’re constantly making Amazon returns, and this UPS Store is a lifesaver! The service is always fast, and the staff is incredibly helpful and efficient. They make the whole process easy and stress-free every time. Highly recommend for all your shipping and return needs!

Excellent service for pre paid returns such as Amazon & Happy returns and custom pack & ship. They packed a laptop for shipment & the packaging was comparable to factory packaging!

I needed to speak with an actual person, but they never answer the phone. My husband and I each left messages, but never received a call back. I still need to speak with someone, so maybe they'll see this review and check their messages.

I have been there many many times for Amazon returns or sending packages to loved ones, and they are always smiling, happy, and eager to help. They are so kind and helpful when I have to carry my kids in with me and when I have a lot of returns. So grateful for them!

Friendly staff, great for dropping off items with or without prepaid shipping labels. There is a special machine inside to drop off paid packages. If there is a line, it's usually short and the staff is quick. Their price for packing peanuts, which they carry, is too high. They do offer copying services and PO boxes. They will package your items to be mailed and they accept cash or credit. They also have a small inventory of retail items, envelopes, tape, packing peanuts, all shipping friendly materials:)

I recently visited the UPS Store and had an exceptional experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed for shipping and printing. What truly stood out was the incredible service provided by Hareet. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me with my shipping needs. Hareet's attention to detail and willingness to help made my visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this UPS Store, and a special shoutout to Hareet for her outstanding service! Five stars all the way!

Thank you for the great customer service! It’s always a delight to receive service with a smile and a good attitude. Unlike the previous review, I appreciate being able to bring my service animal in the store. Not sure what she experienced or assumed but I have never felt that there was a safety issue or concern. It is a small store however the staff works efficiently to get customers in and out! Thank you UPS Falcon store! ❤️

I visit this store often, everyone that works there is always so polite and helpful. Sometimes I feel bad of bringing in returns, especially if there is a line, but everyone there works quickly and efficiently! I also noticed they allow service dogs, that makes my heart so happy, as I have two. ♥️ thank you Falcon UPS team key up the great work.
