Not very helpful, lack customer skills, no enthusiasm. And this is not a real Verizon store, they a some other cell phone company contracting to Verizon. I was told to go elsewhere.

Michael the manager did a great job with me. Very knowledgeable and guided me to the right phone for my needs. No pressure at all. Great customer service. I also was greeted by the district manager, Christopher. He was also very helpful and worked with us to get the best deals and price points. Overall I had a great experience at there store. I would recommend.

Now I at least understand what other people have been telling me. This place is a joke and they will do nothing but rip you off on a regular basis. Watch bills closely. After 20 years using this service the last two years Heaven horrible, had enough with them changing my bill on a regular basis I thought I was at the end of my 2-year service when I disconnecting my phone and went to T-Mobile, Verizon charged me $125 because I left them. These guys are thieves I am going to pay this over charge but I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs you'll save money with any other brand if not save money you'll still have a far superior service with another carrier

Set up an appointment, and called to explain that I can't get to a human at Verizon through any of their 800 numbers to resolve an issue. They forwarded me to the same 800 number where the issue remains unresolved. Switching to T-Mobile now, but it's worth pointing out how unhelpful this store was, since they are the only humans I've spoken to at all.
