Horrible pharmacy. I've been trying to get my RX for days now. First it wasn't filled until the following day about 24 hours after it was sent in. Then I went to get it only to find a line of at least 20 people insode the store and the drive through closed. They shortened their hours and are also closed on Sunday. So I went the next available day which Monday and found the drive thru closed yet again with another equally long line inside. RIDICULOUS. Im going to change my pharmacy to somewhere else. Don't waste your time here!

After waiting 8 hours and multiple calls telling me when to pick it up. I showed up they didn’t fill it told me I was out of luck. My sick daughter didn’t get her medication and no one seemed to care.

Anyone can have a bad day but it was frustrating picking app my script today because I kept insisting that I got a notice it was ready. And she kept telling me it wasn't but I kept insisting until she finally checked the bin. And yes it was there.

Worst Pharmacy service I have ever seen. They can’t even order ahead of time to make sure you have your medication when you need it. They hang up on you when you ask about when medications are going to be filled or in stock. They are closed half of the time due to the lack of a pharmacist they say, this is not good service to people.

Don't ask a question if you don't want to be treated like an idiot when you're looking for an answer. One of the most condescending pharmacists I've ever met.

We have used this location in the past for passport pictures and immunizations. They have pretty good customer service for these needs. Not one of my regular shopping locations.

Loved being able to troubleshoot an upcoming trip with Hailey in pharmacy about how to make sure my family’s meds could be ordered and received prior to departure despite being somewhat out of our normal refill schedule! She was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and phenomenal with her troubleshooting as well as was able to complete all insurance claims without issue! I know a lot of people complain about the pharmacy so I wanted to be a positive voice here lauding the dedication of the staff members when things are actually within their abilities to help and address an issue.

I have been going to Walgreens for over 20 years and all over the United States. I myself and my family have always been dedicated to their seemingly passionate desire to make a difference in the way Pharmacys treat their customers. The staff has always had an empathy towards customers and really went above and beyond to make the situation better. They seem to have a way of understanding that it’s hard enough to go through the process of being sick or something dealing with prescriptions and the waiting process. I have always felt like they treated their customers like family but not this particular store the Falcon Walgreens pharmacist who I heard is new and I just started going there have made the experience one of the worst experience. I have never been treated like some sort of drug seeking customer. I was forced to wait past the date of pick up while knowing that I was told you could even pick up your prescriptions 3 days early because the staff at the window had said so and was confirmed by my doctors office because they were going to make me wait 2 more days on a weekend because the pharmacist had took it upon herself to make a false statement saying that I might be able to pick up the prescription on Sunday depending on my doctors office sending over some paperwork. Which was a straight out fraudulent statement because I contacted my doctors office and spoke with them and found out that they never send any type of paperwork ever. Further more that it could have been picked up by the 16th of September but the pharmacy kept almost 5 days from that date and was going to keep it even longer. This was a medication that was extremely important and the fact that a pharmacist feels that they have that much control over the doctors orders and the customers wellbeing is unprofessional and depending on the patient and medication could have even worse consequences. I am unfortunately stuck with this Walgreens and that pharmacist and pharmacy or I would switch. I have also had another issue with this pharmacy because a elderly man could not afford to pick up his medication and couldn’t go without because his life depended upon them I stepped up to pay for this individuals prescriptions to which the pharmacist was very upset saying that they had it under control and they could possibly get him a discount card that they didn’t need my help. So I waited 30 minutes with the gentleman to finally I gave him the money and then some and told him that it was his choice on what to do. Which he was so grateful and started crying and he paid for his prescription after I walked away. So I would not recommend this pharmacy for any reason whatsoever and really most Walgreens are okay it just depends on the staff at that store. So customers service-10, on time prescriptions-10, communication-10, support-10, narcissism’s 100%.

Walgreens! Here's a little math lesson and basic time keeping knowledge for your "technicians".
If a patient calls the pharmacy at 11:16am and speaks to a technician, that technician states a prescription will be ready in 90 minutes...what time did you just promise the patient to arrive for pick up?
Around 1pm, right?
Not 6oclock. Talk about incompetence.
Don't make promises you can't keep and get an attitude when patients arrive HOURS later to find, you haven't even filled the prescription! Morons.
