Sign says they close at 7pm, they decide to close at 6pm. I was in line before 6pm, when my turn they closed, saw people inside didn't even have common decency to let me know. Long line of cars behind me all wondering the same thing.

Always a good experience at this Walgreens from quick purchases to photos. The staff is great — helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Horrible. I have tried to fill my prescription at this location twice, and had issues twice I have to call to make them fill it, can’t they just do their job? Tonight I held for 51 minutes to speak to someone so I could be sure it was ready before driving the hour and a half to pick it up, and no one ever came to the phone. It hung up on me at 51 minutes. My ADHD meds are a controlled substance, so I can’t just pharmacy hop. I come here for the GoodRX savings,, but I am beginning to think it isn’t worth the cost savings.

PHARMACY HERE IS THE WORST!! THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED RANDOMLY AND NEVER HAVE PRESCRIPTIONS READY ON TIME AND YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOREVER TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE!

This location frequently shuts down the actual pharmacy portion for days with no advance warning nor end. I presume its a staffing issue. It also takes forever to get certain meds in stock- we are in Falcon, not BFE. The selection in the rest of the store is basically the same as walmart down the street. No real reason to go out of your way to shop here. There is no point to this location. Now that king soopers takes tricare, Im done with this useless store.

Worst service possible. Called at 10am for a medication refill and were told the medication would be ready by 2pm. Got a cryptic message that the medication was delayed at 1pm. Went in and the tech told me they didn't have it and the earliest would be Monday. She refused to even call another Walgreens to have it filled and ready for us to drive over and pick up. Garbage service, Walgreens pharmacy should do better or be prepared for bankruptcy. Go anywhere else.

The pharmacy technicians at our Walgreens here in Falcon, CO. Are always so friendly and helpful , it's a fresh of breath of air compared to what some companies call Customer Service, So I'm grateful to my Neighborhood Walgreens 🫡🫡🫡

My wife was just in there to get a prescription for our daughter . The prescription was not right and the pharmacist continued to belittle my wife even to the point of teller her she’s not a nurse just a CNA . I highly advise to not use the pharmacy ever z absolutely the worst service .

Always an issue picking up meds here. They are almost never ready. They’ll tell you to come back in 30 min and I’ll come back 3 hours later and still not ready.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years. It is starting to be a headache to pick up prescriptions in store. Last week I went in to pick up my prescription. There were two employees at the counter and one customer ahead of me. There was also a guy that, I think, had just gotten his prescription and was chatting with the other employees. Ar this time there were four people in line behind me. Now is it possible that that employee was on a break? Sure, but still the optics were bad. When I was my turn to be served, the employee who was getting my prescription told the other employee to wrap up the chatting due to the line.
Walgreens, you can do better!
