I was told that this was the only store that was open by this woman. I was also given a coupon from the store on federal to be able to do a free load or cash a check for free the rude woman there told me that the coupon was no good and still took it from me.. even though the store that I've been going to for years and years said that it was. I've been doing business with Ace for over 35 years cashing checks Etc but today was not acceptable! I am not giving this woman any kind of good review Patty I believe is her name I will never go back to that store she's like they're closing all the stores anyway so obviously that's her reason for being rude.. 1 star is too many. Hopefully all your stores still open don't have employees like her.Very unsatisfied customer
