Worst store!! Staff kids here don’t know anything if they work here they should be able able to help with questions. I asked for a key fob battery for my jeep the boy here without checking for me he just said we don’t have any. How is this possible? Has a customer I expect to have be an answer is some kind of support.

Salesman which I didn't get his name but he was a heavier kid with glasses and looked like a bowl haircut! In the first register helped me with a light bulb but didn't help me! Seeing I'm a female and asked if it's easy he didn't offer Then a coworker comes over and ask about a call in which he said Yea I hung up on him, he asked a stupid question WOW sorry we ain't all "car experts" like you! This has been my 3rd rude service at Autozone stores! I'm done shopping there! Thanks for nothing I'd give No Stars!

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. Typically I am not the type to leave a review but witnessing and encountering what I did at this Autozone was unacceptable. A "manager", if thats what you want to call him, named Phil was helping another costumer when I came in. The man was older and seemed to be confused with the parts that he needed, as I looked around the store I couldn't help but overhear the blatant disrespect that Phil dished out to not only the customer himself but other workers. Eventually it was just too much for Phil and another worker stepped up named Luis, Luis was 10x kinder and more patient even after Phil was rude and even made snarky comments. Luis was able to service the elderly man and he was on his way within 15ish mins. Luis also helped me with kindness and ease. Although that, unfortunately, isn't where the story ends. As I was leaving the store the floors felt sticky and I saw Phil had stepped outside momentarily assumingely to calm down & as I made my way to my car he carelessly spit chewing tobacco all over the ground & I could only assume that is why the floors were sticky inside. I have been to this Autozone on multiple occasions and I have encountered this maybe twice. An instance in which Phil is nasty to other workers as well as rude to customers. One time he walked away from a man completely ignoring him. A workplace environment should never look or feel this way, disrespect, drama and overall ill mannered people like such should not be servicing people or working with others in an environment that is full of hard work. As someone who doesn't know lots about cars I can only assume what it takes to work in a place like this having to help countless impatient, frustrated customers. I think I will instead bring my business to the Autozone on 104 to avoid this blatant disrespect and drama.

I went in Saturday night October 28th to grab some de-icer additive for my washer fluid it was close to closing and I walked in and neither one of the young little boys wanted to help they were more worried about getting it out of there they both acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and then one of the managers said that they don't carry any deicer that they only got the negative 20 washer fluid when I know for a fact that they have de-icer additive add to the washer fluid currently in your reservoir those two boys last night were the laziest two little boys I've ever seen in my life they probably do nothing all day long and act like they do everything now my washer reservoir might freeze because of how lazy little boys are that you guys choose to hire for $12 an hour if they don't want to work to the last minute then they should not be scheduled to the last minute lazy little boys are the worst thing to happen to this world and it's pathetic that those two boys are employed and know nothing about any of the products they sell

Not one person helped me I stood in line for 40 min before I just left worst costumer service I ever had i bought a break booster and I'm trying to return for the core and been ignored and standing here now for 40 min with no help waiting to find out what's going on these people suck

This store has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I needed new wipers for my car. Wasn’t sure which wipers to get. Arthur came over and helped me to find the best ones for my car and budget. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He went as far to help me out then on my car. He turned a dreaded chore into a great experience. Will go back to this Auto Zone for everything I need for my car! Thank you again Arthur !!

I want to start out by shouting out the manager (Matt) at store #835! He's truly a professional at his job! Extremely helpful. Friendly. Just an overwhelming, amazing experience at this autozone store #835! Corporate already knows about this absolutely great, amazing customer service and you never know which customer can be a corporate executive or DM!

It was rather busy, and I approached the counter with limited information. So when I asked about the item. I was shuffled aside to look up the exact items online before I could get the assistance I had been looking for. So, since it was so busy, I ended up leaving and not getting anything.
