“Had gotten wrong dome lights for my aunt's car and like a bone head had tossed the receipt. Went in, explained to the manager what happened and they helped me get correct bills and exchanged the incorrect ones for the correct ones . Very hassle-free. I appreciate it very much.”

“I didn't shop here, or buy batteries. But I did pull into their parking lot to start cleaning up my 6 year old who vomitted in the car in the middle of highway 36 as it's right off the exit. One of the staff members there came out and offered us to come in through the back door and use their restroom to get cleaned up and found plastic bags for us for her clothes, etc. This was a small kindness, but meant a lot to us to help deal with a hard situation. So I don't know about their batteries, but I do know they're decent people! Thanks for help!”

She was overheating so I couldn't drive home. They were patient & understanding about my situation. I was able to get the part I needed & the coolant at this O'Reilly's. One of the workers helped me get my car put back together so I could get her to a mechanic.”

“Our son's care needed a headlight bulb replacement. I called several auto parts stores and 3 O'Reilly's until I found someone who would be willing to help my son replace the bulb. Nick helped him. He ensured he purchased a bulb that matched the other factory bulb and quickly installed it.”
“My check engine light came on and I was panicking because I needed to be somewhere in an hour and my car was flashing various lights and shutting down. I rushed in and Emerson ran the diagnostic on my engine, discovered the problem, and fixed it all within about 5 minutes when I would have paid a hefty fee to take it into a shop for them to tell me that my battery cable had come loose. As someone who does not know a lot about vehicles, I rely on the experts and mechanics at shops like these and I thoroughly appreciate Emerson's time to help me out and to calm me down when he could see that I was starting to spiral. We had a lovely little conversation about our pets afterward and everyone in the shop was very kind. Keep doing what you're doing, gentlemen.”

“Lucas went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had on my truck. He spent 20 minutes addressing the issue I had with my truck. He switched out a battery for me & checked on a few other issues. Things most people wouldn't do, he did. I believe he is a Regional or District Manager, which makes sense. Most employees aren't built like him, makes sense why O'Reilly's has him in the position he is in. Thanks again!!”

“I've used this location for fixing screens on our phones before but this time I reached out to them to see about getting a new key and key fob for my recently purchased care. Jon, the employee I dealt with was very informative and honest about wishing he could help but not being able to because of the year and model of my car. He said their system was not able to support the programming. I appreciated his honesty and not wanting to give it a try. He made sure I knew there would be a possibility of the key I had no longer working if we tried. It says a lot about his character. Some people don't think about the possible consequences. “I had a fantastic experience at this location, thanks to Luke. I was stressed out dealing with a battery issue + broken rear turn signal bulb and I was immediately greeted with kindness when I walked in. Luke truly went above and beyond to assist me. First he found the replacement bulb and then he walked out to the parking lot to install it for me. On top of that, he took the time to run a free diagnostic test on my battery and alternator to ensure my car was safe to drive home. Luke was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional—completely opposite to the frustrating experience I had with a roadside technician earlier today. “I went to this O’Reilly‘s location this morning to correct a dead battery issue possibly turned out. He tested all of my equipment. The battery the auxiliary battery for the start stop the alternator and the starter. Christopher came out and located at the negative terminal was loose. He tightened it up vehicle started up no problem. I want to thank Chris personally for being straight with me and honest as I always have good deals with O’Reilly auto parts and thank O’Reillys for having people like him on staff, that actually care and take care of the customer

“I have a son with very severe autism. I don't like taking him to stores. This world wasn't built for him and he wasn't built for this world. We came to this O'Reilly location after we caused a scene with some very rude and not very understanding people at autozone. The staff at O'Reilly was very kind and made us feel welcome and that's not a common experience when I have my son with me. We were actually able to get everything we needed because of their kindness and understanding. 10/10”

“Marlon was great! At first I went to the AutoZone down the street and had my battery checked. They said my battery was no good and when I asked them if they could replace it, they said it was “in too hard of a spot”. I believe they didn’t want to do it because it was cold and sprinkling out, but Marlon had no issue retesting my battery and replacing it for me. It was done in 10 minutes. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE AND HAVING INTEGRITY!!”
