“I didn't shop here, or buy batteries. But I did pull into their parking lot to start cleaning up my 6 year old who vomitted in the car in the middle of highway 36 as it's right off the exit. One of the staff members there came out and offered us to come in through the back door and use their restroom to get cleaned up and found plastic bags for us for her clothes, etc. This was a small kindness, but meant a lot to us to help deal with a hard situation. So I don't know about their batteries, but I do know they're decent people! Thanks for help!”

“I'm a single mom of 3. I stopped in this am for what seemed like a huge issue but ended up being super trivial. With it being so incredibly cold I rolled my window down without thinking and couldn't get it to roll back up after. The sweet kid that helped me wrestle it to pull it back up was amazing. He was incredibly professional and never once made me feel stupid for doing something so careless in the cold. We wrestled with it for a few before I was able to get it up all the way. I just really appreciate the staff and crew there. They're always helpful and have never once made me feel less than when I come in for an issue. Thank you for being awesome!”

“I just had the best service! My brake lamp light came on and Jesse came with me to check my lights and see if that was the issue. Yup, had a brake light out. He found the right bulbs for me and I asked if it was something I could do easily myself and he started to explain to me and then just said, "let's go look at your truck and I'll show you" He said he realized it'd be just as easy to do it for me rather than teach me. “I don't have enough nice words for how phenomenal the staff was!! I hate dealing with car stuff these gentlemen made it so easy. Both of my headlights blew out, and the cap encasing them was stuck. Ricardo helped me not only remove the stubborn cap but sent me inside to grab some new headlights while he worked on getting the other unstuck. David helped me check out with my new headlights, and by the time I finished checking out Ricardo had already installed them for me. Kind and authentic people. Will most certainly be back!”
