“I didn't shop here, or buy batteries. But I did pull into their parking lot to start cleaning up my 6 year old who vomitted in the car in the middle of highway 36 as it's right off the exit. One of the staff members there came out and offered us to come in through the back door and use their restroom to get cleaned up and found plastic bags for us for her clothes, etc. This was a small kindness, but meant a lot to us to help deal with a hard situation. So I don't know about their batteries, but I do know they're decent people! Thanks for help!”

“I have to admit that I was very skeptical at first. After taking my 2011 Ford F-350 to the Ford Dealership to see why the factory remote start did not work right and pointed out the key fobs might be bad, they had the unit for three days and then said they had to order key fobs, I then got my truck and took it to my local Batteries Plus and the clerk was great, I got two new Fobs and the programming and an hour later everything worked perfect! I was very impressed and satisfied.”

“Commercial department gets 5 stars. They are absolutely fantastic, Esme, Anna, and all the delivery staff are a pleasure to do business with.
However having to go into the retail side occasionally after 5pm drags this rating down. Employees act bothered they have to put their cell phone down to assist customers almost every time.”

“I needed my car battery tested, I had gone to Advance Auto 1st but the lady there said she couldn't test it, so I called O'Reilly and spoke with Mike, he said to come on down and he could test and replace it. The battery was bad, he was able to get me a battery and install a new one. He was great, went above and beyond!”
