“I didn't shop here, or buy batteries. But I did pull into their parking lot to start cleaning up my 6 year old who vomitted in the car in the middle of highway 36 as it's right off the exit. One of the staff members there came out and offered us to come in through the back door and use their restroom to get cleaned up and found plastic bags for us for her clothes, etc. This was a small kindness, but meant a lot to us to help deal with a hard situation. So I don't know about their batteries, but I do know they're decent people! Thanks for help!”

“JP Is the store manager at this location. I found myself in somewhat of a predicament. Because of the cold weather, my battery died. So as I was walking to my car to go to work at 7 AM, I realized my battery was dead. Called three or four places no one was able to see me right away. I even had a few locations ask if I could leave my car overnight. JP came to the rescue. He was able to get me in and out with him 30 minutes. Save me from having to reschedule my day and I completely appreciate it. He was also very, very friendly.”

“I’ve mostly shopped here for replacement headlight and taillight bulbs for my car. I needed a particular wrench to remove the tail light cover from my car and when I bought the bulbs here, they let me borrow one of their wrenches to make the change in the parking lot. I really appreciate that kind of service since I doubt I will need that type of wrench again for the next 5-6 years.”

“I don't have enough nice words for how phenomenal the staff was!! I hate dealing with car stuff these gentlemen made it so easy. Both of my headlights blew out, and the cap encasing them was stuck. Ricardo helped me not only remove the stubborn cap but sent me inside to grab some new headlights while he worked on getting the other unstuck. David helped me check out with my new headlights, and by the time I finished checking out Ricardo had already installed them for me. Kind and authentic people. Will most certainly be back!”
