What can I say, Charlotte at the facility in Denver on Pecos is absolutely amazing. From my first phone call, her follow up, professional but friendly demeanor, my arrival and willingness to help new/existing customers is unmatched in the storage world. I've had storage units all over the USA and abroad and have never received the level of service I consistently experience from her. She should be teaching the master class in service to all your managers. What ever you do, don't let her get away. What ever you are paying her isn't enough. In this new world of terrible service, Charlotte is a super star. I'm a retired luxury hotel GM and know what she does daily,is rare.
Kudos to Charlotte.
