Literally brought them over $1000 worth of tools and equipment and their offer is 150 bucks They literally take advantage of their customers have been coming to them for years now and that they can because because it’s a Sunday. This will be the last time I bring my items here soon as I get them back out, they will not be getting another item for me. Tell your friends to find a new place.

I came into the store with items to sell, and with a clear and respectful mood. The lady that helped out first was in the process of getting a deal squared away until she had to go to lunch. To which extent the mood turned sour and the Marcus dude became rude and almost judgmental with not listening to facts of about the item and judging it without even inspecting it further. He should get more education on computers before pointing to wrong information that’s not even correct. He also became too impatient with computers and lacks professionalism in the workplace. I understand people can become testy, but when the item is not inspected first and he believes he knows everything about the computer makes it show that he doesn’t truly know what he’s doing and how to handle anything that is thrown his way.

I came here to pawn a ryobi drill, the blond girl who never smiles was rude and only offered me 15 bucks. She said "well take it somewhere else then." when i asked for 20. so i drive 1 block over to first cash and i still was offered 15$ but ryan, i think his name was, greeted me and was very polite he said i have a great account history so he would help me, so i took the 15 $ and i will definitely be back to fast cash no more sleezy pawn for me. if you cant even smile and greet someone then good luck maintaining your customers. Not everyone is starving and desperate. Some folks just need a hand from time to time. I felt like they thought no matter how they treated me i would take the loan. WRONG. However the manager is pretty polite upon previous interactions. its a shame his staff cant be more courteous.

Stole my TV ?I have purchased over 500$ Dollars of knives and a TV here,,, I lost my bank card after a 20 hour shift at work expected to be back at work soon I took my TV here I just bought it for over 200$ from the Pecos store after returning a Samsung TV that refused the hulu app I got a TV was happy with wouldnt have pawned if I had any other options went back to get it they said I never brought a TV?? ?? swear I'll never buy from any easy pawn again and I'll starve before i ever pawn anything there again gave me 100$ for a 230$ tv then took it won't give it back c

Zero Stars,this is why, I brought in my stand up craftsman tool box because I was desperate and as with a lot of people needed money fast! It is a $3000.00 box needed $150.00 for bills. They said I needed more collateral, so I brought in my $200.00 power glow 300 Bluetooth speaker which gave me the rest $$ I needed. When I came to pay my pawn it took 45 minTo bring my tools & speaker up........here's the problem , when I arrived home I found someone broke key off on bottom cabinet so I could not open , and my power glow speaker which was only 2 weeks old . Does NOT HOLD CHARGE. When I came in to ask what happend I was told "WE DON'T TOUCH OR MESS WITH YOUR PROPERTY well I know how you can drain a nice expensive Bluetooth speaker so it won't keep a charge , and as for my tools if I didn't break key off my own tools then who's responsible for my loss....... REMEMBER IF I WOULDN'T HAVE PAID ON TIME GUESS WHO GETS MY TOOLS....SO please someone tell me" WHERE IS THE FAIRNESS??? Yes I called their corporate ph and was told "oh we WILL call you back!!!???AND NO ONE HASAnd yes that's a minus star
