Greg cares deeply about his company and it shows. My child loves the penguin nebulizer and it makes it so much easier to get them to do the nebulizer, because it’s so cute! The fact that I was able to get it right at the Pediatricians office was so convenient when I had a sick kid. Thank you Greg for offering such a great option for parents so that we can focus on our child and not the small stuff!

I wanted to share my experience talking with Greg Murphy, the owner of Front Range Rx. I received a bill for $100 for the nebulizer my child was given by the pediatrician's office. Greg did explain to me that they are not in network with my insurance, and that I signed a paper (which I did, without even looking at the paper as a parent of a child which needed to breathe) that my cost would be $100 had they not been in network with my insurance. I expressed my frustration with Greg about not being in network with my insurance, and about my surprise of the cost and he told me that yes, he is getting a lot of calls lately about this and that it is not his fault, nor there is anything he can do. To that I responded that there is something he can do, and that is talk to the pediatricians to better communicate what getting a nebulizer means to their patients. To that he responded, with irony, you mean the paper you signed at the office?I was at the office with a child who could barely breathe, and yes I signed a paper without reading the 2 pages. Yes I will pay the $100 dollars for which I signed. But you Greg, showed no empathy, no understanding and ZERO customer service skills. You flaunting that all you do is supply life saving devices to pediatricians, is not customer service. I do not know if you are a parent who has had a child in respiratory distress, and I hope that you take something out of this and do not treat other parents in the same manner. Kindness is free.

I had a unique billing issue and I cannot express how nice and professional Greg was at helping me through it! He put up with all my calls and questions with patience, and didn't stop advocating for me until we got an answer. He deserves way more five-star reviews than he has right now, which I'm sure is because he does a lot of his work behind the scenes.

Front Range Rx was great. Greg is very professional and answered every question we had, it's was a lot! He was very honest, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Absolute dump of a company. Person we spoke with was rude, incompetent, and insisted on lying about options. They weren't interested in resolving the issue of sending an ineffective nebulizer, just getting their co-payment. Avoid this place at all costs.
