This King Soopers is very, very dirty. Things are on the floor there's no shopping carts for customers to use. You need to hire a manager that puts in some effort.

Did our monthly shopping for our family here yesterday and what an awful experience. DO NOT GO HERE! GO TO THE KING SOOPERS IN BROOMFIELD. ITS WORTH THE DRIVE!Not only are they not stocked properly and are out of stuff but there's open meats just sitting sound and 2 dozen of broken eggs just sitting in cartons ? not clean.The workers here are rude, not helpful and flat out disrespectful. They changed the self checkouts to 15 items only yet won't open enough registers to even check people out who have over that.If that's the new policy and weight limit fine. But don't be rude about it and treat people kindly especially when they obviously aren't going to understand what's going on ? Learn better customer service skills instead of belittling people.Put up signs or explain things clearly and with some respect. That's your job!A group of these nitwits literally stood around while they watched us finish our 15 items each like it was an inconvenience to them instead of checking other people in line out with over the limit or at least making themselves useful. Maybe go take care of those open meats and broken eggs that are just sitting there rotting ??. CLEAN SOMETHING. Paid to just stand around. Must be nice.So after this clown fest we went to the King's in Broomfield and wow what a difference!!!Not only did they have bags, were fully stocked and had respectful employees but they simply waved the 15 items limit nonsense and let us get our bulk of groceries with no issues through self check out.No fuss about it!!! No wait in line with our big purchase. They walked over and scanned their ID letting us finish checking out instead of wasting more energy arguing about the weight limit than actually doing their job and being helpful.Thank God for decent people. You won't find that at the other location. You'll get talked down to like it's your fault they changed the policies and should just know?.I like making sure my stuff is done correctly and my family isn't treated like crap so I will be going to the other location for now on. Do better guys cause most of you shouldn't have a job in customer service AT ALL. Gain some integrity.

Bought a flower from the florist stand. The florist gal was super nice. As I left an older female employee accused me loudly and rudely of stealing it. "ARE YOU GOING TO PAY FOR THAT? YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THAT, MAN. SECURITY!"Armed security ran over, hand above his firearm. They have these new gates that only open one way. I couldn't jump the gate because I'd look guilty, or get shot.The woman employee accuser hobbled over to the florist to see if I actually bought it, being loud and waving her arms.Armed security vigorously studied my receipt, making sure I wasn't ripping the joint off for $1.99, plus local sales tax.I don't need to get shot for spending 2 dollars. I'll go to a normal store for normal people from now on.

Old bag from self check out associate was following us & we felt harassed ( yes im very upset!). Very disappointed but the cashier that we ended up going to Arianna R was very fast & kind, she made the experience a lot better.

I have been coming here for 10 years and long ago got used to the fact that they never have any checkers and have do self check out myself for my weekly groceries. But now I am told store policy is large orders can only go through the regular check lane. There is never more than 1 regular lane open and we have many elderly and disabled people who genuinely need this service. There are always long lines and veeery slow checkers. I have been told that my large order is making the other customers have to wait. How about not having enough staff available for checkout is causing the other customers to have to wait? That sounds like a staffing/management/ organizational problem, not my problem as a consumer since I am essentially giving you my free labor to scan and bag my groceries. There are some wonderful employees and some truly awful employees at this location, but I will be taking my business elsewhere, I am truly offended my your awful new policies.

Bring your own cart. The carts at this store have been on life support for years. Three years ago I wrote the store manager an email begging them to get new carts because something is wrong with every single one. Squeeky, loud, hard to push.. they just really make the experience even worse and lawd help me if I have to run in with a kid or two. Nevermind that the buckles on the kid seats have not been functional for years. Have you ever tried to buy groceries with a wiggly toddler and a cart that stutters instead of rolling? Anyway, they fixed the cart problem by letting them all go - now there are just never any carts available. I guess you can bring your own? Doesn’t matter what time of day the bay is empty. I am so hopeful that they are just running them down to zero so they can finally make an argument to buy a new fleet of carts. I just need a working vessel to put my $350 worth of groceries I self-checked out in. Damn shopping shouldn’t be that hard!

Employees here are getting very rude. They never have any cashiers and when you need help checking yourself out they get very upset. I will not be shopping at this location again!

I am beyond sick of being blatantly accused of stealing every time I go through self-checkout by the same employee. THIS IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES PLACE TO SAY ANYTHING TO THE CUSTOMER. This employee needs to involve either management or store security. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. DO BETTER!!!!

Don't order a cake from the bakery at this location. I put in an order last week for a 50th birthday party. They just didn't make it! They first tried saying I didn't put an order in, then suddenly found it and said they did not have any cake decorators in. Told me they couldn't make it until the next day, when the party was. I put the order to be picked up the night before because this was for a work party. I spoke with the evening manager, who put me on hold and never came back. Tried calling back multiple times and no one would answer. I had to go searching for a cake at 8:30 at night. I'm so upset with the service I recieved at this location. Why do you have an option to order cakes in advance if you aren't going to fulfill the order for the time requested?

Terrible shopping experience, unsafe exits, with the addition of their new gate it blocks off entering and exiting the store with ease. All of the carts have dirty broken wheels making them such a pain to push around the store, which they removed all of the shopping baskets so your only options are deal with it or hold your own stuff. Also everything is insanely overpriced for the type of store.
