The worst customer service, if I can give zero stars I would. My husband went on Saturday June 22nd and the two women working there claimed they did not provide the services he needed. All he needed was to activate a new phone which was already unlocked and ready to activate. They claimed that was not a service they provide even though he had just gone a week before for the same reason and the other lady was able to help him. He told them the same and they acted stupid like they didn’t know what he was talking about. Not sure who hires these people but they clearly don’t like their job so why be there and be rude to the customers. My husband ended up going to a different location and they were able to help him and activate his phone with no issues at all.

Very bad service from the people who serve, there is especially one girl whose name I don't know, serves in a very bad way, I think it is not the correct service to serve a client since they make you feel uncomfortable with questions that people may find difficult to understand. and when she explains, she does so in a mocking and reluctant way.
I think it is not the correct service since they are not giving it to you for free, you pay for it.

I purchased a new device and service plan. My phone became sim card locked. I however did not lock it and none of the staff can unlock it. What the heck??? Please help.

They are extremely rude , a girl named nielley thats working there made me so uncomfortable she literally refused to help me claiming there's nothing she could do, but I was just here at this same store a few days prior and a different person working was able to help with the same thing I can't even believe how mean and rude this girl was . She had the worst attitude like I was doing something worng by asking for help with getting into my account. I'm so offended by the way I was treated at this store that I'm literally going to switch my phone service. if Metro PCS supports there costumer service representatives treating costumers like this then I don't want there phone service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Called the phone number provided by Google maps to try and ask if this location had what I needed before coming in. Phone just rang and rang without being answered. When I arrived, the woman at the desk was quite rude about what I needed being unavailable. When I mentioned that I could've saved myself a trip had the phone been answered, her flippant and dismissive response was to state that their phone never rang.
