T Mobile is easy to work with and very understanding. If there is ever an issue they are quick to fix it ( whatever it may be). Most of the time customer service is well managed.

I would not recommend anyone to get service from metro PCs. they ripped me off for 50.00 dollars I went to add a line for my dad . and come to find out I was charged the 50.00 for a phone that should have been for free .so I called you guys metro PCs and they told me that there ain't nothing they can do .I have to eat it .I guess the stores aren't connected to metro PCs . so I guess metro PCs stores can change what ever price for a phone the computer can't see the transaction from the stores they are a bad company . plus I can't believe they would rip me off . especially I am disabled I only get one check every month . so I can't believe it . metro PCs will still money from disabled people .I am looking for a a new phone company

This stores employees kicked me and my daughter out for absolutely zero reasoning. They told us we had to wear a mask which I was and my daughter wasn't I said okay so the employee went into the back and I told my daughter on my own personal conversation that masks are db so the employee comes out the back of the store and tells me to leave because I was being rude to her. Actually I wasn't I was talking to my daughter and I'm filing a complaint with the BBB on this business my conversations with my daughter are no reason to be able to kick someone out because you don't like someone's opinion. They need to be fired immediately and I will be filing my complaint asap!

If you live in this location dont go. It has really bad service my phone has cut out multiple time after being on hold for over 2 hours with the clinic. Not good during covid time.

Estela was very friendly, answered all my questions and offered to put on my screen protector for me. She greeted us in a friendly manor. This is my metropcs store from now on.

Terrible customer service, always trying to get you to buy the products that don't sell, unreliable untrustworthy people. Seriously asked if they were open Thanksgiving, the day before Thanksgiving and she said yes, until 4. Drove my happy a** out here and they aren't here. What's jerks

Ok. So new review. Tom at Metro pcs texts to stop by my house to fix my phone. He states that he's starting a massage company and would I like a full body massage. Um no, fix my phone creeper. When I try to report this, customer service suggests I just block his messages. No one wants to deal with the fact that they are not going to do anything about it.
