Went for a simple spark plug. Provided the spark plug from a motorcycle and showed the plug to the employee Chad. He said it was available and ordered me one. Went to pick it up the following day but was the completely wrong plug, not even a near match. Now I am behind on the job and have to tell my customer he has to wait until I find the correct spark. Probably my fault for assuming auto people should know spark plugs, but I was wrong. The only plus was the employee that helped with the return was super helpful..

Bunch of old cat noobies came to warranty out a sensor the manger carlos Said no I don't recommend this place at all why buy parts and they can't warranty it out and say you have warranty they bs .... they waste your time

Woke up with a super dead car battery. Stopped at the closest O’Reilly and Scott was very help. Took the time to look up my invoice (from a different O’Reilly location) and found out my battery was still under warranty and then was kind enough to replace it for me. This company has always treated me so well, thank you Scott!

As usual, O'Reilly Auto Parts delivered. They got all my parts and even some extras I didn't order - LOL. The crew there are always so helpful and friendly. I appreciate the 10% military discount as well.
