It's too much work to order online then have to wait days before you actually send the item but then take the money quick from the bank account . Definitely would have shopped somewhere else if known I had to wait for days before sending out my item

Poor customer service all around. First off explained to them I needed to rent for a short term 3 months the most since I relocated and was awaiting on my home to be built. Since all my things were in storage I needed to rent furniture (bed, living room, and dining room). I explicitly said I wanted a king bed. They said they had it and when it came time to sign the contract it had a queen instead for the same price. Red flag number one, second on delivery day the dining room set showed up with the chairs and tables assembled so poorly that one chair was damaged and couldn't be used. It took 1 month of me following up to get a replacement chair meanwhile was charged the entire price even though I was missing a chair due to their assembly neglect. Red flag number 2. Towards the end of November I called up to extend renting for another month since my house still wasn't ready, I was told on the phone to make the payment online which I did. I only rented for the next 2 weeks and returned the items early. Fast forward to Jan 2023 and I follow up asking where is the prorated return if my money and they respond they can't return my money because they canceled my contracts already and that because I made the payment online. This is total b******* and predatory business practices. This company deserves to go out of business and all the people fired. Never meant a more unprofessional bunch of children running a business in my life. Customer shouldn't have to constantly call and follow up and be treated like dirt. Don't use this place if it was the last place on earth, my gripe isn't even about the money but rather the principle and poor treatment of their customers.

Super easy to work with, friendly, accommodating, and goes above and beyond. All the staff are super nice, helpful, and work to find solutions for problems. Great communication and very helpful. Management is awesome.

Excellent service!! I called looking for a camera, was not expecting much help and the kind lady (I'm sorry, I'm bad with names, I forgot) got it done!!! Went out of her way to locate what I was looking for, found it, got it brand new and in store in less than 24 hours!! When I went in to pay and pick up, she made the whole process super easy. No hassel no complications. Every Rent a Center or even every business should have employees like her. It's sad I can't remember her name :( but, I digress.... I highly recommend this place if you are looking to rent furniture, computers, appliances, gaming systems or..... a camera :)

First off. The store has my next payment set up for before my next paycheck. Still not sure how I’m going to make the payment tomorrow. Then they forced me to sign up for autopay even though I told them I cannot do that. But they refused to help me unless I did. One “girl” started speaking to me in Mexican. Even though I’m a white girl. I guess to her everyone must speak Mexican. It took over an hour in the store because they refused to be me a price over the phone or online. If I had an extra hundred $ I would have gone ANYWHERE else. This store specifically is a joke. I have told everyone I know to go to a different store. Unless they want to be spoken to in Mexican. The worst part was listening to the employees talk about me in Mexican while they stood there “helping” me.

When you miss one payment for the FIRST time because you are out of state and on vacation they harass you by calling you several times a day even from unknown numbers and threaten to pick up the merchandise even when you have 2 payments left. This place is a joke. Will not ever deal with them again and definitely won’t recommend anyone else to go here. Aarons is way better.

I have bought several things from Rent-A-Center including an Electric Fireplace TV stand. I have made every payment on time and almost had it payed off when my husband became unemployed. We were struggling to pay out bills including this one. The Manager Javi and the GM have been completely understanding and willing to work with me. Because of that we were able to finish paying it off. Thank you for the compassion and understanding guys!
