Needed to store my stuff when we moved out. Found this spot and Andrea was awesome! Fast and professional worker, was easy to rent and showed us a few choices. If you need a storage place then this is your spot! Thank you Andrea and keep up the awesome job ?

We rented a UHaul truck and car trailer weeks ago for an upcoming out of state move. Today we were notified there are no trucks available in the size we reserved (22' + car trailer) for our planned pickup tomorrow morning. We were given the option of a 10' truck only. However, a huge thank you to Penske Trucks and their call center employee, Ricky. They saved our move on short notice. We are now lifetime Penske customers!

Never had a problem renting from this location. It can take awhile if they are busy as there is only one person available to help.

They have charged me double for 25 minutes late. They charged me dolly I never use and They charge me blankets I didn’t use either. I have called them to talk about those things but the lady was rude. I was told “hold one hold one “ I did hold one, but when I was explaining the situation she didn’t want to listen me. She wasn’t respectful. Bad bad bad experience. Never go there !
