Went to store to buy dermatologist cotton gloves. There was 3 young female workers, a girl attended me, scanned the item and said it was 9.13$ I handed her two 5 dollar bills. She said her manager has to check all the bills. Her manager was taking a long time so I said I'll pay with card, she said she couldn't because she pressed a button for cash payments already. Manager came and said they were fake and accused me of making fake dollar bills. I asked how is it fake? She said, "because I know" I told her to explain how does she assume they're fake. She lift the bills up to the light and said , they don't have a face, they're suppose to have a face when you put light behind them. I gave her a $50 dollar bill and she said she wasn't gonna give me my bills back. We started arguing and then she threw my $50 on the counter and said she wasn't gonna sell me anything. I felt so humiliated in front of a lot of people in line. I got out and went to store next door and changed a bill for $5s and none of them had a face. I asked the man in the store to check them with the pen to verify they're real. Went back to Walgreens and showed the manager that 5 dollar bills don't have a face. She said she didn't cared and wasn't gonna give me money back. I called the 911, police showed up explained what happened , officer went inside got the supposedly fake money and verified that my money was real. Cop did a report brought me back my money and said that the manager does not want me in the store. I don't know if this girl (manager) treated me like this because I was talking in Spanish at first or because she wanted to go home already but that is not the way to treat a frequent custom and I think you guys should do something about it, because nobody even apologized. .

This Walgreens never has what we need right away and everything is always on back order. We often have to wait weeks for some stuff only to be told that they no longer get the things we need from their provider. It’s extremely frustrating…

The pharmacy is not good at all with answering phone calls. I understand pharmacies are constantly busy but they’ll simply refuse to answer incoming calls. A few times I have remained on hold for well over 20 minutes just to see if in fact it is the case. Very frustrating.

Came in to get a passport photo taken but was told I needed to change my shirt per passport photo protocol. Returned wearing a T-shirt only to be told “We don’t have any paper, we can’t take your photo”. Unhelpful. Inconvenient. Will never come back to this Walgreens.

Called to see if they could fill my script, they said they could, so I had it sent over to them just for them to say they're out of stock. Go somewhere else

Nick is the only reason I have been a customer here for so long. Everyone else will violate your HIPPA rights and treat you like you have no idea whats going on with your medical treatment.

Worst pharmacy this side of town. Will need to change. This is the third time I have come in when the pharmacy is scheduled to be open and it's closed (no pharmacist, no tech, at lunch (at 2p?)... Thank goodness it's not life threatening meds! What do others do who urgently need their medication?

I've sat on hold for more than an hour every time I've tried to reach the pharmacy at this location. On top of that, they'll have medication shortages and go weeks without even letting you know. TIP TO CORPORATE WALGREENS: Only send a confirmation text to customers saying their script will be ready for pickup on x date if you KNOW it's ready. I've shown up in-store several times to find out the pharmacists don't even know when they'll have certain meds back in stock. Fix your automatic text update system to consider the delays incurred by these stocking issues so customers don't waste time sitting on hold or waiting in line at the pharmacy. Also, implement a freaking call-back option for your customers, so we don't get stuck listening to your dreadful elevator music for 1+ hours as we sit on hold. Get with it, Walgreens!

ZERO STARS!!! Worst pharmacy in the history! Just managed to pick up a partial fill of my wife's pain meds after 4 trips. On one they only had 51 pills of the 90. If I took it they couldn't supply the rest. She was out, I had to take it. Last month they gave me 30 pills on an RX for 60! Had to an audit of all pills and finally gave 30 more 2 days later. More.....

Would give zero stars if possible, had an appointment this morning for covid vaccine and they waited to tell me until I spent money getting there that they didn't have it. Any professional human being would have called BARE MINIMUM 24 hours in advance, not waited for me to get there to tell me they couldn't honor my appointment. It's not like I was a walk in, I've had this appointment for at least a month and no one could be bothered to let me know?! Ridiculous. Walgreens, you have lost a very good customer and I hope you lose many more from this review!!!!

Second Walgreens with horrifying customer service.I've had 2x prescriptions waiting a week there that were automatically filled. I had until tomorrow to pick them up, and it took a while to get to them because of the holidays and work.Went to pick them up at the drive thru and the pharmacist says I only have one. I tell her I have been getting texts, emails, and automated phone calls daily for the past week telling me they're ready. She SCREAMS at me that they're not responsible for those messages. I pull out my Walgreens app and check the status and sure enough, one of the prescriptions is cancelled. I say "they said I have until tomorrow to pick-" and she clasps her hands in front of her, rests her head on her hands as if she is begging the lord for strength and she SCREAMS "let me finish! You're not listening to me!"I back way off (not that I was escalating this at all except for just telling her I'd been told what I was told) and I say "okay, go ahead". She seethes with pure hatred for a moment and then tells me she can get that prescription done if I can just give her five minutes.I say great, and she fills it. Ultimately she did get it done and quickly, but she first had to rail at me because I had the audacity to say "we'll, I was told...". She started the transaction with "no - you only have one prescription" when she could have started by saying "the other one has an issue, I will fix it". Instead, I had to insist there was another and offer evidence of it which she ultimately told me is not her problem despite her being the person with the Walgreens logo on their shirt in this interaction.Done with all Walgreens. Heading to King Soopers. Hopefully when they tell me my prescription is ready it is not some cruel mind game that corporate is playing to pit their employees against customers, as this charming pharmacist implied Walgreens was doing tonight.

I am appalled at the dysfunction and lack of service at this pharmacy. I just waited on hold for an hour and 59 minutes. When I finally heard the click of the call being taken, I heard background noise for a few seconds and then they hung up. I tried calling back and was informed by the automated system that there were again more than three callers ahead of me. The reason for my call in the first place was to straighten out an issue where I was being charged nine times the usual price for my son's medication. On top of this, I was finally informed today that a critical medication of mine is available for pickup after more than a month of back and forth. They insisted that a prior authorization was required, but when my doctor provided one, the insurance company said it was not required. The pharmacy was still delayed in processing the order. This has happened more than once with the same medication. Other medications set to auto-fill were unavailable when scheduled resulting in me missing much needed medication for multiple days. Given this experience, I question the competency of the staff, but more so the training, guidance, and staffing policies from the organization as a whole. There never seem to be enough staff members to handle the number of customers which results in unreasonable wait times in the drive-through, at the counter, and on the phone. On a few occasions, the pharmacy has unexpectedly closed due to staffing, again causing delays in obtaining necessary medication. Unfortunately, I do not have the option to switch to another pharmacy because of insurance restrictions.

These poor pharmacists t called to see if my prescriptions waited 3 hours. I then went to pharmacy..at least 5 deep to find my prescriptions were not ready or not stocked. This has happend before but this was the worst. WALGREENS get your act together. These people are working as hard as they can. This is a corporate issue.
