New Year, new Walgreens,new insurance policies.So far the employees I've had contact with seem fine.I'll be more familiar with the pharmacy staff eventually, but the usual process of being understanding, polite, and trying to learn who they are as people is running full steam ahead.

This pharmacy puts people at risk.They are incredibly understaffed, and it has consistently taken more than a week after submitting a refill request to get medication. Nobody answers the phone and hold times have been several hours. When the prescription does get filled, it takes several hours to actually get it because of excessively long lines at the pharmacy.They have cancelled my prescriptions multiple times because they don’t have time to make the calls they need to resolve insurance issues, and my child has gone without several doses of medication every time we need refills because of these delays. After almost a year we tried transferring to a different pharmacy, and even the new pharmacy said they couldn’t transfer our prescriptions because they waited on hold for two hours to talk to someone here and then were hung up on.People are going without medication because of the lack of staffing here.

I understand things times are tough and people quit and computers might have issues. But I waited 7 days for my prescription to be filled. I waited till I got a call saying my medication was ready, I drove over to pick it up. They didn't have my medication. I told them that the last time I came here this happened to me as well and if she could check again. She just said she has computer issues and everyone quit last week. I understand things are hard. But I got a call saying my metformin was ready. All she offered me was to take my business to another store or she can decide to fix my problems. And waited for me to answer, to pick if she can fix my issues or go to another store....the attitude I got from this encounter....just wow...

They are not open even though the website says it is. I have gotten my prescriptions late and some I didn’t get at all because the whole store shuts down during working hours. Something is going on and they are not keeping the public updated

Slow pharmacy. Rarely get meds the same day they're called in. Usually end up having the prescription pulled to a different location. And good luck getting them to answer a phone call ever

By far the most incompetent staff I have ever had to deal with. God forbid you need to do an exchange, because it will take three staff members to NOT figure it out.

I had to send my prescription for two daily medications to this store after my normal one had temporarily closed. Was told they would be ready by midday yesterday, five days after initially submitting the order, which while annoying, I understood due to them not having the medications on site. I called yesterday morning for the second time to double check as my app was telling me there was still "action needed" on the most important prescription. They told me that everything had been printed, but by 5:00pm they still weren't filled. Hoping the app just wasn't updating properly, I went in today at 4:45 to pick them up, and they still weren't filled. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes for them to be finished. The team doesn't seem to have any care about how detrimental it is for daily medications to remain being taken daily, and the negative impacts they can have if not being taken as prescribed.

We had appointment for vaccines but when we arrived the store and pharmacy were closed early without any advance notice or reason given. When we called another Walgreens location to explain the situation, we were told they couldn’t get us in same day. We planned our day and weekend around receiving the vaccine, and it’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating to not notify us beforehand of closures or honor the appointment at an alternate location.

I was told my prescription would be ready November 12th. Today is November 25th. Still nothing! I called the pharmacy and spent 5 hours and 10 minutes on hold. Went to the pharmacy today, CLOSED! Everyone's medication is important, mine is asthma medication I need to help me get the air I need to survive. I called walgreens corporate only to be told they would have upper management call me. I'll be filing a complaint with The State Of Colorado Monday morning.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to, staffed with the most incompetent team I've ever encountered. They are truly horrendous at their jobs and are hurting people. I've tried to go multiple times and have multiple data points to support this. This is my first google review I've ever left because their team just wasted hours of my time and tried to force me to pay hundreds of dollars for a very common prescription I've been getting for free for years under my very good health insurance. They're morons, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else- I promise it's better than dealing with them.

I always have to go there repeatedly to get my medications. I stand in a long long line just to hear it isn’t there but they notify me through text. They don’t answer the phone or they just pick it up and hang up on you after waiting over 20 minutes. The pharmacist acts like he’s going out of his way to check anything and doesn’t say I’m sorry or I’ll look into it. He just goes back to his stool and gets on the computer. Avoid this place. They treat people like garbage like they’re doing a favor for the people who have a prescription. Never on time with dates for expectations.

My first visit to this store. Doctor called in prescription and I had to wait for 15 minutes, they would page me. Upon entering the pharmacy area, I was hit with the most awful smell of BO (body odor)! At first I thought it was a customer, but as I waited, I discovered it was actually an employee who smelled so bad, almost gagged! Store shelves are pretty bare and after 30 minutes when I wasn't paged I went to the pharmacy asking for my prescription, it was found on the bottom of maybe 10 other scripts. The pharmacy employees were pleasant but there was no sense of urgency to help customers.

First of all the people at the counter are extremely unhelpful and rude. I asked if they had a certain drawing salve product because their shelves were destroyed(probably because they are too lazy to clean it.), and the woman was like idk it could be on isle 20. I looked on isle 20 and it was kids toys. What a joke of a Walgreens. Shelves are destroyed, place isn't stocked or cleaned staff is rude. I would not recommend. I am never going here again.
