This pharmacy should be closed down!!! No one ever answers phone or they’re always out of refill for prescriptions and don’t bother to let you know until you get there!! I’m switching pharmacies

Don’t ever do a pickup order here unless you want to waste over an hour of your time! They never answer the phone, they won’t get it for you thru the pharmacy and you end up having to go inside and wait for 30 mins!

The employees and night shift managers need to be fired. They are the absolute worst bunch of women I've ever dealt with. They are so rude I can't stand any of them. Not to mention they can't answer a single question. I refuse to deal with people that treat their customers the way they do. If you ever buy off their limited clearance rack always check that you received the clearance price otherwise they will over charge Everytime. They also have a different price on the same item depending on the location in the store. This Walgreens needs to invest in quality people, and the night shift is of no quality. None of those workers need to be in a customer service role. They don't know a single thing about the store, the policies, customer service, or items in the store you may have a question about. Id rather go somewhere else and pay more per item then deal with these incompetent rude snotty women. Get a clue and find a job you work by yourself. It's obvious ALL of you are miserable!!!

Absolutely do not come here. Nothing is worth this and they can’t help you. Excuses for waiting over an
hour in line twice and nothing came from it. Couldn’t fill our prescription.

If you need anything, and I mean anything… do yourself a giant favor and just go across the street to king Soopers instead. This Walgreens is the worst store in the area. God forbid you need a prescription filled. Good luck with that. Lines a mile long and no one will ever answer the phone no matter how many times you call or how long you wait on hold. If you value your time and your sanity just stay away from this terrible Walgreens. I hope they shut down.

I really dislike coming here. But Hubby called & asked me to stop by and pick up his order. Saw the long drive thru line so I parked thinking inside line might be short. Inside line was long as well so I pulled into the drive thru line. 20 minutes later I pick up my husband's oder and they charge me $60 for a clean out kit. I thought that was odd and assumed they used his insurance. But I didn't want to hold up the line. Get home call my pharmacy plan only to find out insurance was never charged. It should have been free. Back to Walgreens with receipt in hand. 25 minutes later, I'm explaining that his insurance wasn't used and we shouldn't have been charged. No apology, no I'm sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Just got the sense that I'm annoying them. To the people still using Walgreens, please be careful. Double check what your cost should be after insurance.

I'm new to getting my prescriptions from this location, the pharmacy guy over the phone was super rude and was rushing me off the phone. I will not ever be going to this location again.

After two a year and a half of being beyond patient, I am absolutely done with this pharmacy. It is always one thing or another with them. It literally took FOUR months to get my dog her prescription because they kept losing it and my vet couldn't get in contact with them because they NEVER answer their phone. I have never once been able to get in touch with them over the phone. On numerous occasions I had to call another Walgreens to pull my prescription to fill because apparently no one decided to show up to work. I went to the window and they had the close sign up so I went inside and asked the cashier and she said "I don't know what's going on, no one showed up." This is the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with and it's absolutely unacceptable as people's HEALTH is relying on these people to be present and do their job and maybe, just maybe answer the phone once in a while.

If there was a lesser rating, they would deserve it. On hold for 20 minutes to be hung up on. Automated system doesn't work. This pharmacy is a danger to the people whe depend on medications.
