I really dislike coming here. But Hubby called & asked me to stop by and pick up his order. Saw the long drive thru line so I parked thinking inside line might be short. Inside line was long as well so I pulled into the drive thru line. 20 minutes later I pick up my husband's oder and they charge me $60 for a clean out kit. I thought that was odd and assumed they used his insurance. But I didn't want to hold up the line. Get home call my pharmacy plan only to find out insurance was never charged. It should have been free. Back to Walgreens with receipt in hand. 25 minutes later, I'm explaining that his insurance wasn't used and we shouldn't have been charged. No apology, no I'm sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Just got the sense that I'm annoying them. To the people still using Walgreens, please be careful. Double check what your cost should be after insurance.

If there was a lesser rating, they would deserve it. On hold for 20 minutes to be hung up on. Automated system doesn't work. This pharmacy is a danger to the people whe depend on medications.

Just awful with the worst pharmacy I ever seen. Hardly anyone working there, bare shelves, dim lighting that actually went completely dark for 10 minutes while I waited for one hour to get a prescription.

Pharmacy is absolute garbage and just tells people 30 minutes to an hour regardless of the actual wait time. How does it take two hours to fill a prescription on a Monday morning when the store and logs are empty - because it’s a terrible store. Avoid at all costs.

Cannot get through to talk to anyone in the pharmacy via phone unless you are willing to wait sometimes over an hour.After being on hold for an hour and being promised a prescription earlier In the day so they could all be picked up at once because I am sick and had someone go out of their way to pick up what was supposed to be all of my prescriptions.When realizing I was one prescription short, I immediately got back on the phone to call them.I was on hold for over an hour when I decided to call the store manager as I was driving to Walgreens and her response and additude couldn't have been any more rude.I am currently sitting in the pharmacy line waiting again.I will never use this pharmacy again once I pick this prescription up ?

My rating is based on the pharmacy. I've scheduled 2 covid shots recently and both were canceled without any notice. I booked 2 of them online and then when I arrived, the pharmacy was closed. This store seems very understaffed.

Pharmacy inside was closed and said drive through only, then you go to the drive through and it's closed too. "Unforeseen event". It would help to not put "drive through only" when the drive through is also closed.

Pharmacy is never open! tried to get antibiotics on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday and it said they were scheduled be open at 10am and everything was shut down.

I got a covid vaccine here - the tech that gave me the shot did it way to high in my arm. I get vaccines yearly so I know when something isn’t quite right.I’m now having constant pain in my shoulder and it’s been almost two weeks. I now have to go to my Dr to get checked for whatever damage was caused. This is NOT from the vaccine it’s from the needle.You should not have people giving out shots with limited training. I’m not blaming the tech but it is quite painful.

Went to store to buy dermatologist cotton gloves. There was 3 young female workers, a girl attended me, scanned the item and said it was 9.13$ I handed her two 5 dollar bills. She said her manager has to check all the bills. Her manager was taking a long time so I said I'll pay with card, she said she couldn't because she pressed a button for cash payments already. Manager came and said they were fake and accused me of making fake dollar bills. I asked how is it fake? She said, "because I know" I told her to explain how does she assume they're fake. She lift the bills up to the light and said , they don't have a face, they're suppose to have a face when you put light behind them. I gave her a $50 dollar bill and she said she wasn't gonna give me my bills back. We started arguing and then she threw my $50 on the counter and said she wasn't gonna sell me anything. I felt so humiliated in front of a lot of people in line. I got out and went to store next door and changed a bill for $5s and none of them had a face. I asked the man in the store to check them with the pen to verify they're real. Went back to Walgreens and showed the manager that 5 dollar bills don't have a face. She said she didn't cared and wasn't gonna give me money back. I called the 911, police showed up explained what happened , officer went inside got the supposedly fake money and verified that my money was real. Cop did a report brought me back my money and said that the manager does not want me in the store. I don't know if this girl (manager) treated me like this because I was talking in Spanish at first or because she wanted to go home already but that is not the way to treat a frequent custom and I think you guys should do something about it, because nobody even apologized. .

Too bad there's no stars review.If you say you can do photo prints in 1 hour or same day pickup, the. Followup. I called to ask the status and was literally told anyone random who's working can do it but they just didn't want to and are waiting for the person who "formally" works the photo counter to arrive to do it. Take "Same Day pickup" off of your site if you can't follow through.

This store operates poorly and their customer service is terrible. I called to check the status of my prescription. The technician that answered the phone was rude and uncaring. She finally told me that my prescription was not in stock. I asked why I wasn’t notified hours ago when the prescription was ordered. She was silent and did not care to respond. I told her that I thought she had been rude and unhelpful. I was told that I would be transferred to the “pharmacist.” He then told me the same thing. When I asked if they could look up where it was available, he suggested that I call individual pharmacies and ask if they have the medicine. I asked if he could look it up because it would be easier for him to do that. He grudgingly looked it up and offered a couple of stores that might have it. I asked if he could check their stock to see if it was actually there. Again, with reluctance he looked it up and suggested another store that might have it.I’m glad that this medication is not one that I depend on to stay alive because Walgreens would have threatened my survival today. The atmosphere of indifference and uncaring nature of their associates makes this pharmacy terrible and unfriendly. I hope that I never have to pick up from them again.
