Approach the register to have a clerk tell me that he will get someone. A another unhappy female arrives to another register to help the customer in line behind us. We wait again. I ask her as we are standing there why she helped someone else and she said that she thought we had already been helped.
The customer service is just gone these days. People talking to people, just doesn't happen.

FRAUDULENT LOCATION! SCAM ALERT! This location was reported for charging credit cards without authorization. Tony, the "area leader" and the store manager, will not speak on the information. The local Firestone Sheriff Dept. & BBB are watching this location and the activities by its manager and employees.

TRUCK DRIVERS if youre using a fleet card, watch how many gallons they charge you for. I pumped 68 gallons and they put into their system that i pumped 76. They did this so the pump price matched the discounted fleet price. Thats fraud

Friendly staff. Clean store and restrooms. In addition to the regular auto island, they have a 6 bay semi truck diesel isle. Truck diesel color appeared good. Only a few truck parking spots. Location is great due to a variety of food options around.

For the past few weeks, things have been going downhill fast. It feels like the higher ups of this location are actively trying to have the store fail. Went from seeing 6 different employees to 2, a classic sign of cutting hours. I've been coming here daily for almost 2 months and the decline is remarkable. Whatever tactics corporate is trying right now are failing; miserably. There is product all over the floor on pallets because of the obvious cuts to employee hours. They discontinued hazelnut coffee, causing one of their 4 coffee machines to be completely offline. They changed food bags from plain brown bags that could hold multiple items to small, branded bags that can only hold one item. As a customer, it's mind boggling to watch prices sky rocket while you cut your staff to a skeleton crew.

I just have to commend the young lady on the night of 1/25/24 , dealing with a difficult customer. She was such a saint , kept her composure and patience the entire time! This guy was way outta line and being so rude to her without a justified cause. She deserves a raise or more, because I would’ve lost my sh— over that dude talking to me like that. And I hope that 711 recognizes her customer service skills and what a valuable employee she is.

They don’t know how to use EFS? That’s your job, I can’t believe the manager doesn’t even know. EFS is how us professional drivers pay for our thousands of gallons of diesel. The EFS app says to go to your 7-11 for a discount, when you don’t run it as such we don’t get our discount. These incompetent employees are costing you a lot of money, I will never be back.

I’d give zero if it was an option! Their credit card machine wasn’t working and made my daughter feel like she was doing something wrong. I go to pay and machine still doesn’t. They obviously needed to shut that machine down because as soon as they rung it in the other machine it went straight through. They proceeded to ask me if I need a receipt and I said yes then she said on you know what my machine is broken. I said well I want to check if I was charged correctly and a random girl behind the register says why are you so rude? Excuse me? Why did you ask meIf I wanted a receipt and as a customer I am entitled to one! I want someone in corporate and the store manager to contact me. This behavior is unacceptable.
