This shop is awesome. Just bought an old Cadillac Coupe Deville knowing nothing when it comes to auto stuff. JJ was a huge help, taking his time to answer questions and make recommendations. You rock JJ!

My partner and I went in on a weekend to get a new battery for my car. We were quickly helped by Ladavion, who took great care of us. He made sure we got the right battery and helped us take out and replace the old one. He was very patient and kind and I will definitely be returning here for my future car needs!

I came in and bought a replacement wiper for my truck tonight and the employee in the red shirt was amazing. He was very helpful, he went out of his way to go out and make sure the replacement wiper matched the passenger. He was the only one at the registers when I got there he got through like 6 people before the manager stepped in and the manager just seemed so rude to the employee when he asked if he could go put my wiper on my truck (there we like two people left in line that he was instructed to checkout before he went out to help) I will definitely be coming here instead of oreillys for all future parts

Needed new windshield wipers so I headed to Autozone in Firestone. Joshua was very helpful, got the exact brand I wanted and installed them right then and there! In and out quick and got exactly what I needed!

I went in because I needed wiper blades. They don't have a reference book anymore for customers to look up the part number. You have to scan a QR code and look it up online. That whole area is a dead zone for my cell service and if they have wifi, it wasn't working. No Internet, so I had to get in line to have an employee look it up. He gave me the wrong information and sent me home with blades that don't fit. Now I have to make another hour long round trip drive plus the cost of a few gallons of gas to return them and then go buy blades somewhere else because I'll never give this store a dime of my money again.

I went into the Auto Zone in Firestone to see if I needed a new battery. Jeremiah was very helpful. He tested my old battery and I did need a new one. He stayed after his shift to put in my new battery . He went above and beyond! I appreciate his willingness to help me out very much!

Davene was the best, she was very helpful and very fun to talk to! The Longmont AutoZone messed up the battery size and Davene solved the issue for us! Not only did she help us exchange for the correct size, she also made sure we had the warranty filled out properly! Best experience at AutoZone to date!

I called to get some lug nuts and the guy said they didn’t have them but they could get them transferred from another store and they’d be there by the afternoon tomorrow. I came in on my lunch break they only had 3of5 and told me to come back. I came in after work and they still only had 3 so I asked if we could still get the other 2 transferred and he told me that they don’t do that. Uh yeah you do, that’s how got the other 3. I was tired of wasting my time and told them to just keep the parts. Was able to get them for $20 cheaper elsewhere. Don’t choose autozone.
