If you have a business leave chase immediately. Chase and I banked together since the day I opened my business. Recently we received a wire and chase held our wire for 4 days and closed / Froze all of my business account leaving me and my business with nothing. had we not known high level people and big attorneys this would have not gotten reversed. Chase is about them not you… you money is not safe here not to mention the amount of fraud this place has OMG

This is the 3rd time this week I come to the ATM and I can't perform cash transactions (deposits or withdrawals).
This has occurred many times before but I can't put a number on it like I can during this past week.
Very dissatisfied.

We've had nothing but good experience with this branch. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful and know their jobs!

These guys were great!! Alex and Monette were more than helpful even when we were running behind in our apt. They should have rescheduled us but still made it work!! Thank you guys so much!!! I will drive out of my way to go to this Chase location rather than going to Brighton location, they suck!

I love coming to the drive-through, the ladies are always so wonderful, remember me by name, and always have a smile on their faces! Thank you for all you do, you’re all so amazing!!

Alex's (The Branch Manager at the Chase in Firestone) customer service is the worst there is. Beware, he will shut your account down for no reason and leave you with no ability to pay for anything. Chase will be the next SVB.

ALEX is the worst, most passive aggressive, vindictive person on the planet. IF YOU HAVE MONEY IN CHASE, GET IT OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN. They will shut down your account and prevent you from any access to your funds. They won't even provide you with an explanation. If you have money housed with Chase, you should be very concerned. I have no means to buy groceries, pay for gas, pay my mortgage etc. Scary times in which we live. Run while you still have the chance!

Take your business elsewhere. Chase will close your account information and not provide you with the money in your account. How they are still in business is beyond me.

Chase is a nice bank. But I for sure didn’t enjoy customer service at this branch. They should be more interactive with the customers. The lady’s here have the “I don’t wanna be here vibe” maybe they should be let go

Me and my husband already have a joint checking account together. We decided to open a savings account together. He had a chance to open it today. I however had to work so couldn't go in with him at the time he did. I got to this branch hoping they would be able to add me to the account he was going to meet me there. They initially had told him it would take 5 min to just add me with him there. We'll they said It would take 30 min and I needed to schedule an appointment. It took my husband 10 min to get the account opened but takes 30 min to add someone else. That's pretty stupid. It's extremely hard for me and my husband to get appointments together due to his job. It was close to closing so I'm pretty sure the employees didn't want to stay longer and didn't want to help us outHorrible customer service Chase.

I have an $8600 credit limit on my chase credit card. Of which I have used $1,014.00 as of last month. I used the card and pay the balance in full each month. Long story short, it appears I'm 2 weeks past due on my current outstanding balance. As excepted they gave me a late charge. I went to go buy lunch today and it was declined. I have learned if you are past due on your card, they automatically turn it off regardless of your past payment history and regardless of your credit card available limit. Chase is one of those banks that needs to go bye bye

Horrible, unhelpful people. I went in to deposit a check. It was a weekday, during business hours. They had a not on the door saying inside is closed, use the outside lanes. Pulled up and they're all closed. Decided to try atm and there is a guy working on it. I've had other troubles there also. Happy to say I'm with BOTW now and won't be using Chase.
