Took little longer then I'm use to but what nice personal. And Michael did an outstanding job on my nails, and the young lady that did my toes was super sweet, I had cut my toe on curb when I walked in and she was so kind cut the skin and cleaned and put a bandage on most places would of said oh well. But not her. So go prices are as good as all salons if not better. Please go and let them pamper you

This the best nail salon around. The ambiance is welcoming and relaxing. I feel so lucky to be able to visit the wonderful place every 2 weeks. Highly recommend. From the cleanliness to the artful nails. No place can beat it!

On Sunday May 26, Lee, one of the nail techs, severely injured one of her clients. Lee, also known as Diem Lee, had used another nail tip to rip off previous acrylics which is against state board regulations. A licensed nail tech should never rip someone’s acrylics off with a nail tip but instead soak them off. During Lee’s removal process, three of the clients nails were ripped completely off and were bleeding. Instead of taking safety and health precautions, Lee instead glued the bloody nails back together and added acrylic over it. Lee failed to follow the Requirements For Infection Control and Prevention under the Code of Colorado Regulations; Section 12-105-106(1)(c). Lee caused bodily injuries/harm to a client and failed to disinfect although there was blood everywhere. After the client whom she injured was done, Lee moved on to another client and failed to disinfect all tools she had used on the injured client. Blood was all over the tools and acrylic brushes she had used, she never disinfected the station and she used the same towel that had blood all over it on the next client. Unfortunately, Lee violated not only the Requirements For Infection Control and Prevention, but she also violated Section 12-8-103, Lee practiced prohibited acts and scope of practice.
Lee is also uneducated on acrylic lay and shaping. Unfortunately, Lee has done terrible at her acrylic lay as well as shaping, her acrylic is bumpy and uneven, her shaping is uneven and inaccurate and her painting is almost always smudged each time. Lee also uses MMA products which again, violates the Code of Colorado Regulations. Did Lee truly get her cosmetology license??? If so, why is her unethical practice still happening in this nail salon especially when she has violated many sections of the Code of Colorado Regulations???
This client deserves a refund!!
Please hire EXPERIENCED techs who follow ALL rules and regulation’s!!
Please stop the use of MMA products in this salon!! MMA products cause adverse health effects including dermal toxicity and respiratory tract effects and it can cause cancer!!
Cleanliness: It may look clean, but unfortunately no stations or tools are truly disinfected the way they should be. The salon is not following or enforcing the Cleaning and Disinfecting Requirements.

I went in for a pedicure, I had an appointment for 2 pm on Saturday. Unfortunately I think they were overbooked, they sat me in a pedicure chair quickly. But then I waited at least 30 minutes for someone to come and start my pedicure. And when they did, it definitely felt like the tech was rushing through steps. I was there an hour and a half for a pedicure, the last 20 minutes were me waiting for the tech to come back after she told me she would, to do a second coat of polish. But she got started on another pedicure across from me. I couldn’t wait any longer, so I paid and left.
Someone who came in after me was sat in a chair but waited almost an hour with no one starting on her pedicure, so she left without one.
I like the salon it’s clean and everyone is nice. This was my second time there. But I really think they overbook their techs and unfortunately it does ruin the experience when a service that usually takes 45 minutes, is an hour and half or more.
