I've been a loyal customer of Firestone Complete Autocare for over a decade and have been coming to their Firestone location for all my services since they opened several years ago. Their staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and their customer service is consistently superior. They've always done a fantastic job of communicating their diagnosis of the issue my vehicle was having and how to address it, recommending additional services that my vehicle needs, and letting me know when they've finished servicing my vehicle. Just yesterday I purchased new sets of winter tires for my two vehicles and my experience working with them was once again exceptional. I could not be happier with the service and customer service I've received at Firestone Complete Autocare in Firestone, CO. Thank you so much Stu! It's been an absolute pleasure working with you all these years and I'm incredibly grateful for you and the entire Firestone team.

I had the best experience here because of their employee Stuart Lesnick. He took great care of me and gave me the best customer service. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and fit me in sooner when he realized he could. It was great to have the feeling of being a valued customer. Because of Stuart’s customer service , I will be coming back here again. Oh, and their tire products are wonderful.

Dustin is the best! My car needed a new battery and Dustin walked with me to my car, jumped my car, then installed a battery within 30 minutes. Stu was so happy and welcoming too! The service was amazing and just a great team. If I lived closer to this Firestone location I’d be going here for all my car troubles. These guys deserve the world I’m so grateful for them!

Making an appt was easy, they called me with the information as to what was wrong with my vehicle and the price. And within a couple of hours it was fixed. The gentlemen I talked to on the phone, Justin, Dustin, Mark (?) Were professional and extremely nice. Thank you for making this a great experience.

I have a tail light out, visibly, and asked if they could replace that while I was in for my alignment. They said they did a full light inspection and didnt see any lights that needed replaced. The fix-it ticket from the police officer would say otherwise. :) Other than that, great service and prompt scheduling. Mark was very helpful on the phone and in person. I do enjoy coming to this business.

I was about ready to give up on Firestone for vehicle repair and maintenence - which is a bummer because I've been using them for at least a decade. The last couple years I've fought my way through dozens of headaches, excuses, poor communication, and a general attitude of "We don't care about you." at the Firestone in Fort Collins. I decided to try this location in the Town of Firestone as a final shot to save the long history and relationship I have with the company. I'm glad I did! It seems like they recently got new management at this shop and the guy must be working miracles. Communication has been great, prices have been fair, work has been timely - and a weird observation I've made is the techs actually smile from time to time and laugh. It's a much different experience than the dismal FC drama I've been dealing with and I'm glad to have a shop I feel like I can depend on again.
