Branch manager doesn't seem to understand functions of a bank as my significant and I needed to put her check in my account to pay bills. The branch manager seems incompetent as she told us that we need to put the check in her account in a different bank then pull it all and put it in as cash which her bank would have not allowed the full amount to be pulled. There is no need for that when the check is endorsed and both parties are present. Just seem to be a lack of motivation or want to do the tasks that normal banks have.

Notary services only available to their customers but we were not informed until after they read our documents and started the process. Staff not super friendly.

I have been here for almost 3 years and not once have I been told I need to know my total cash when making a deposit they have always counted it. I then told them no just count it it is fine. And someone came over and rudly said that you actually have to know your total. I WIll be looking for a different bank.

This bank is terrible I have been with them for 2 years I bring in a cashier check a guarantee check and they don't want to cash it they want to call every bank in the world to see if it's a good check their towers are terrible if I were you guys I find somewhere else to bank because they don't care I am done with this bank as of Monday

Terrible service. They transferred my entire balance without my authorization and closed my account after taking a massive fee for themselves. Didn't find out till my rent check bounced.

This is in regards to the firestone first bank. My husband was in one day last week to make a deposit. He walked up to the counter and instead of the teller asking him to please wait in line which there was no one else in line, she told him like a child to get in line. Well that didn't go well with him and that is the second time at that branch that the tellers were rude. So if you want good reviews get some different teller's with better attitude's. Don't get me wrong there are a couple that are good but your bank isn't doing me a favor by keeping my money so don't act like you are better because you are all just workers like the rest of us. If you are going to be in customer service then change the attitude or find another job.
